It is considered to be the nature of being in the three realms. Now, in order to reverse the habitual imprints of the food of the realms from beginningless time, it is said that yogis enjoy nectar through the practice of meditation. Such as "having tasted the nectar" and so on. The ritual is like this: Visualize in front of you the wind mandala that has completely transformed into the letter यं, and on top of that is the fire of रेफ. On top of the fire is a lotus vessel born from the letter अ, in which there are four equal parts, musk, and camphor, possessing the most excellent breath, namely with one's own body, speech, and mind. Perform purification and so on in the order of the arising of the three letters, purify with हूं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), awaken with आः (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and make it burn with ओं (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), then again bless it with only those three letters. Then, from the seed syllable of the wisdom being in one's own heart, emanate the eight goddesses mentioned earlier, and have them take the vessel of nectar, and in one's own heart visualize the wheel of the mandala mentioned earlier, and taste the nectar with the tip of the vajra of हूं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), this is the ritual. It is also said like this: Then, in the lotus vessel situated in wind and fire, self-arisen and four equal parts, musk, and camphor, possessing the most excellent breath, हूं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and the white vajra are purification, the letter आः (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) makes it fully awaken, and praṇava blesses and praises it as having the appearance of burning. One's own tongue, the lotus petal, with the white vajra arising from हूं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), completely satisfies the forms that are the nature of inner and outer. It is also said in the explained tantra: With the tongue truly arising from the five seed syllables of the five fingers, such as breath, burning, and skull, one should taste the nectar, by glorious Vajra Heruka. Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ sarva tathāgatāmṛtasvādanavajrasvabhāvātmakohaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, I am the essence of all Tathagatas, the taste of nectar, the vajra nature). Thus, it is shown to contemplate the ultimate six branches of tasting nectar, as it is also said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: One should follow the vajra, contemplate the abode of the Buddhas, empowerment and tasting nectar, offering and praise are the six branches, quickly attain accomplishment and so on.

The yogi who meditates on the six limbs! The palace manifests Vairochana Buddha. Empowerment, immovable Thus Come One. Tasting nectar, Amitabha. Praise, Jewel Origin Splendor. Offering, Unfailing, always spoken. Subsequent attachment, Vajrasattva. Thus, the six limbs should also be understood. First, meditate on black. Second, meditate on red. Third, meditate on yellow. Fourth, green is the same. Fifth is the color of blue. Sixth is the white body. The yogi, with the six limbs, should meditate on the other shore of joylessness. Thus, by meditating on the six limbs, after meditating on the generation stage, immediately approach the signs of wisdom with the completion stage, and abide in the ultimate truth that is free from all elaborations. As it is said in the tantra, "The six limbs bring about nearness. When this is nearly accomplished, first it appears like a cloud. Second, it is like smoke. Third, it is the appearance of space. Fourth, it is the burning of a lamp. Like a cloudless sky, it always appears as the fifth. Outwardly, the appearance of illusion and dreams change in an instant. The fierce fire burning in the navel burns the five Thus Come Ones. It burns the five eyes and so on. It burns the hare-bearer haṃ (藏文ཧཾ་,梵文天城体हं,梵文罗马拟音haṃ,汉字字面意思为“హం”) dripping." Thus it is. Here, if one is tired from meditating on Suchness, what should one do? It is said, "Possessing expansion and contraction beforehand." Thus, one should recite the mantra that possesses expansion and contraction beforehand. From the three letters of body, speech, and mind, emanate the Thus Come Ones as the form of glorious Heruka outwardly, and after emanating, offer them properly. Those who are completely transformed by the form of the mantra of the three letters, again inwardly, should be thoroughly placed into one's own body, speech, and mind vajras. Thus, after expanding and contracting, recite the mantra, recite the mantra of the three letters. Bestow greatly. Act greatly. Be firm with the order of entering, abiding, and rising, that is, always day and night. The term "one-pointed mind" refers to the two myriads of internal sessions that are devoid of mindfulness.
