With the aspect of purity, it is only to purify the dharmas of the gods. As it is also said, "Certainly, of all things, purity is spoken of in suchness. From the outside, with individual distinctions, the gods also speak of it." Now, whatever form it may be, it should be recognized by taking the four great elements as the near cause. In order to cut off the place of distinguishing only the four great elements as form, it is said, "Fragrant Mountain Solitary Mother, etc." The goddesses of the four places such as Fragrant Mountain are not forms other than the Eye Mother, etc. Earth, water, fire, and wind are hardness and moisture, warmth and movement, which are the nature of the dependent Eye Mother. For the sake of purification, it means to understand the nature of reality as it is. The knowledge of the yogi is the one who possesses the yoga of knowing and meditating on the place of taking and abandoning as that very nature. One should rejoice, meaning that in those, one should generate faith in the form that is inseparable from those goddesses. After that, by practicing purity, one is separated from the obscurations of afflictions, that is, immediately after that. After abandoning, the Tathagata empowers, from where is it abandoned? That is, from the one called Manifest Enlightenment, through the door of the mantra of discrimination, the Bodhisattva who practices should know it as it is, that is, the one who knows the exhaustion of obscurations. In order to excellently show the empowerment of the Buddha, it is said, "Lord of the Mandala Wheel," etc. The mandala is the essence, the ultimate Bodhicitta of the nature of great bliss. The mandala that can take it is the glorious Heruka and the assembly of goddesses arising from the bindu of the conventional Bodhicitta. In order to closely represent those two as non-dual and of one taste, it is the wheel. Its lord, that is, its aspect, is the distinction of the yogi. With the wisdom seed emitting light, that is, on the vajra in the heart, the gods arising from the light of the letters of the wisdom being, with the four-sided city filling the sky.

Having thought, in order to empower the Buddhas abiding in the sky, that is, for the sake of blessing, or for the sake of transformation, one prays, that is, one should receive. In the phrase "those Buddhas" and so on, "those" refers to those who abide in the sky and who have been prayed to by the rays of wisdom beings. The consciousness of Heruka refers to the bodies of Heruka that arise from the power of the yogi's devotion. In the "assembly," with the rituals of mantras and so on, with the nectar vases and so on. The meaning of "empowerment" is that it accomplishes the benefit of all beings, therefore it is the meaning of empowering the royal throne. "Gauri and others, and the eye-mothers and others," in the "and so on," the word "and" is for جمع. Therefore, just as the Buddhas empower, so too, Gauri and others, and the eye-mothers and others, with their mandala's assembly of goddesses, offer excellently, with dance and song, cymbals and the sound of auspicious clamor, and likewise with flowers and incense, lamps and perfumes, food and clothing, ornaments and so on, they manifestly make offerings, this is the meaning. Then, with what kind of water-filled vases does one empower? "With the five nectars filled," and so on, it is said that the five nectars of the nature of the five wisdoms, the land of the characteristic of eliminating birth and death, is filled, that is, with those who are completely filled. With a rain of flowers, it means that the goddesses are with a rain of flowers and so on. The necessity is declared, the yogi is empowered. The phrase and so on means that, by the empowerment of all the Buddhas, the yogi is empowered into the nature of non-retrogression. The glorious crown on the head is the crown of Akshobhya. The meaning is that, in order to symbolize the pride of obtaining the benefit of beings going in samsara, the unwavering nature will become the mark of Akshobhya, the crest jewel, that is, it should be obtained. As it is said, the rays emanating from the seed of one's own heart and those with the form of rays, having invited them, having made them rejoice,
