ཞེས་བྱ་བ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་ཞབས་ཀྱི་རྡུལ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་རེག་པའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་དང༌། ལོ་ཙཱ་བ་གཞོན་ནུ་དཔལ་གྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ། །ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་ལ་རིང་དུ་མ་འདྲིས་པ། །དེ་ལྟ་ན་ཡང་སྔོན་གྱི་དམ་པའི་སྲོལ། །གསོ་ཕྱིར་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་དག་བགྱིས་པ་ལ། །དེང་དུས་མཁས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོས་བཟོད་པར་མཛོད། ། ཀྱེ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཐབས་ཀྱི་དཀའ་འགྲེལ། དངུལ་གྱི་བུམ་པས་མཛད།

名为。 顶礼薄伽梵吉祥金刚瑜伽母之莲足之前尊者与译师青年吉祥所译。 虽不精通梵语，然为恢复往昔圣者之传统，故作如是之举，愿当今智者海涵。 唉！金刚修法之难解，由银瓶所作。
