Since everything is completely peaceful, what does the Bhagavan say about the appearance, measure, and essence of the conventional? In order to avoid raising doubts and to generate a thought of contemplation, to clarify this meaning: The Bodhisattva Mahasattva summarizes all the discriminating dharmas with the characteristics of the Lord of the Gods, etc., which is the glorious Bindu of Wisdom. Therefore, for it, the characteristics such as appearance are all spoken of in a conventional way. It is said that he looked at the ground and sat without saying a word. At that time, etc., although the ultimate truth is the truth of no characteristics, and the discrimination of the truth of characteristics has been abandoned, the Bhagavan, considering the meaning of non-duality, in order for the questioner, etc., to understand, manifested miracles and wonders. From the sky, from the emptiness without substance, various kinds of substantial flowers appeared, as well as flowers with strong fragrance, and conventional characteristics such as jewels, manifesting like rain, and himself manifested his own root of the foot, etc., and descended. Furthermore, the Bhagavan, etc., not only called out as before, but also calls out now, what is your answer to not saying anything, what is there to be amazed at? That is the meaning. The prayer of the Lord of the Gods refers to the prayer of the Vajradhara for the previous meaning. Then, does it have its own essence, appearance, and measure? It means, for the ultimate bliss that is free from discrimination and characteristics, etc., that is, the emptiness of the essence of all dharmas, does it have conventional appearances, etc.? Therefore, I, the Lord of the Gods, have generated amazement. Emaho! The Lord of the Gods refers to the meaning of the Vajradhara bestowing supreme freedom, thereby encouraging the individual immature beings. The essence of the Three Jewels, the true Vajra of the mind, is the supreme Vajradhara. Saying this is to establish the meaning of suchness, etc., the possessor of dharma must accomplish the supreme dharma nature, so is it said that it does not exist? It is also like that, for the three suchnesses, etc., its own essence, appearance, and

In terms of measurement, (this) is something that can amaze even the lord of the gods. All phenomena of samsara (cyclic existence) and nirvana (liberation from suffering) are all phenomena. Its dharma nature, its very essence, is also it. Emptiness is also it. The ultimate truth is also it. It is crucial to understand that this emptiness does not merely rely on conventional illusion, but is unchanging. Therefore, it is called like an eye disease. It is not real, but rather conventional illusion, like eye disease and illusion, etc. The word "only" in "just" shows that illusion itself is without inherent existence. The reason is that the wisdom of emptiness, the cause without elaboration, should be understood as self-reliant. As it is said: When first seeking it, one should say that all exists. After realizing the ultimate truth and being without attachment, then after that is stillness. So it is said. By relying on the dharma of conventional illusion "just," one establishes emptiness. All phenomena are all phenomena with outflows and without outflows. For example, if one relies on musk, one can find the scent, what does that mean? Musk and scent are neither the same nor different, but without the substance of musk, how can one find the scent? With a cause, one can find it through means. "Without it" means that without the substance of musk, one cannot find it. "How can one find it" means that without substance, one cannot find the scent, because there is no cause. "Similarly" means to show the meaning, i.e., "one's own nature," etc. Just as one finds scent from musk, by relying on conventional means, one can find the ultimate truth, otherwise it is not so. As it is said: Without method, it is far; with method, it is not far. With compassion, one does not abide in peace, like not abiding in samsara. It's like explaining that. Starting from "therefore," etc., indicate with the meaning of five metaphors. "The distinction between pervasion and what is pervaded" is like showing the characteristics of trees and bark. Because the ultimate truth is free from elaboration, by pervading conventional things, one distinguishes the meaning of pervasion and what is pervaded. One should distinguish by the aspects of having characteristics and not having characteristics, listing different dharmas, which are many differences.
