"Ro etc. reside in order." means: The feet are the mandala of wind, the navel is fire, the abdomen is water, the heart is earth, and the head is the mandala of space, which is the shape of Mount Meru. Thus, after briefly explaining the mandala of the body, the detailed explanation is: the soles of the feet are the shape of a supreme bow, and the two feet are the bow, so it is the mandala of wind. The triangular intersection is the mandala of fire. The round navel is the mandala of water. The square heart is the mandala of earth. The spine is the shape of Mount Meru. In its center, there are thirty-two channels, which are the mandala of the body. On the left is the vowel letter Lala Na (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning), and on the right is the consonant letter Rasa Na (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning). The Avadhuti (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) central channel and the four gates where the left and right channels mix, and the four junctions where the left and right channels mix, are the places where the thirty-two channels reside. In the center of the head, what is known as the brain is the mandala of the moon. "In the center of that mind is the letter Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)." means: In the center of the channels, the wind called life arises in the body at the time of death, and it did not arise before, so it is called the indestructible essence of the drop. "Non-manifest, luminous nature." means: The mind of enlightenment is clear, but the essence of blood is not clear, or the mind of enlightenment exists in the form of matter, but it is the appearance of consciousness, so it is of a luminous nature. "That itself is stable and moving." means: The stable is the body, and the moving is the mind, existing in the form of a seed of cause. "The root of all beings." means: The root of the body's existence is the essence of semen. "Things are born from that." means: The seeds of the two parents, at the age of seven days, the Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of the crown chakra is first accomplished. So, what is the nature of residing in this way? If it is the basis of equanimity of feeling, then when does it transform into the mandala of the body of born bliss? Therefore, it is said: "Fire is pleasing, that itself opens the door." It means that the space wind storehouse of tummo heat opens the door of the sparrow, and from this, the mind of enlightenment of the crown chakra melts, and the nectar moon drips during the day and night of breathing, that is

It will become completely perfect. Why is it called a mandala? Because the bodhicitta bindu located in the center of the thirty-two channels is taken by the heat of the fierce fire, it is called a mandala because it takes the essence. Having explained the mandala in this way, now I will explain the offering and generosity, that is: With various outer and inner things, it truly abides with pervasive forms. This refers to: the five desirable qualities externally. Internally, the five ambrosias and so on abide in the place where they are accomplished in one's own body. Externally, offering arises when the four joys are born in the samadhi of forms such as Vajra Mother. Internally, the essence of the five ambrosias gives rise to bodily bliss, therefore it is called the outer and inner self-nature Bodhicitta Vajradhara. Gross and subtle forms, what is meant by gross is: the objects of the five senses, forms and so on. Subtle forms are: the five kinds of ambrosia that give rise to bodily bliss and mental bliss. How should one cut off the path? It is said: Sentient beings are of Buddha nature. It is said that sentient beings are of the nature of luminosity, therefore offering is made through the gate of arising the four joys. Why is it said like that? It is said: That is what the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, declared as the meaning of the vows. It is said that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, declared it as a means of peaceful abiding samadhi from the non-conceptual bliss. What will happen when non-conceptual bliss arises from the five objects and the five ambrosias? It is said: Buddhahood can be attained in this very life, and it also arises from the mandala. It is said that non-conceptual bliss is the first dhyana, relying on the bliss of dhyana, sealed with vipassana emptiness, therefore one can become a Buddha even in this life. Not only Buddhahood, but also Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, as well as Brahma and Indra, etc., also rely on the non-conceptual bliss of dhyana to give rise to their respective liberations. Having explained the offering and generosity in this way, now I will explain the inner fire offering, that is: inner semen and so on. It refers to: the inner five ambrosias, as well as the five aggregates, elements and sense bases. The outer six objects and the wisdom of emptiness
