那，是菩提心运行之处。从左边的喉咙开始，是指从左边的鼻孔开始，从喉咙左侧到心脏左侧，再到肚脐左侧环绕。在那里，菩提心显现，即拉拉那。从肚脐右侧开始，到心脏右侧，再到喉咙右侧运行，即拉萨那。经常滴落在喉咙中央。这是指从右鼻孔出来的气息向外运行时，与血液一同运行。之后，只有气息向外运行。其意义是这样显示的：右边的气息进入时，与菩提心一同运行，所以说从左边的喉咙开始，流向肚脐中央。右边的气息向上运行时，从肚脐中央到右边的喉咙，与血液一同运行，从肚脐向上看，称为下降的脉。虽然气息从两边运行，菩提心向下流，但左边称为进入。血液与向上运行的气息一同，从右边出来。因此，称为依赖于上和下。被称为太阳和月亮，这是用隐语表示的。勇士空行母们，去和来是必须说的。这是指，勇士是产生五蕴的种子，空行母是五种元素的风。对于此，用佛的隐语称为出现和消失。称为睡觉和醒来。向上看，元音字母六，向下看。这是指左边的拉拉那，从喉咙的左侧到左右两侧出现。向上看，是指从左鼻孔没有抓住的气息进入时，菩提心下降，所以这样说。对此，用隐语称为元音字母十二。ka等向下看。这是指右边的气息向外运行，抓住的气息，所以是向下看。通过向上和向下看，要了解抓住和没有抓住的区别。在两个侧面交替，是指从肚脐的左右两侧开始，如前所述弯曲地运行。 在中央

That is where the bodhicitta flows. Starting from the left throat, it means starting from the left nostril, from the left side of the throat to the left side of the heart, and then circling to the left side of the navel. There, the bodhicitta manifests as lalanā. Starting from the right side of the navel, to the right side of the heart, and then flowing to the right side of the throat is rasanā. It always drips in the center of the throat. This refers to when the air coming out of the right nostril flows outward, it flows together with blood. After that, only air flows outward. The meaning of this is shown as follows: When the right air enters, it travels together with the bodhicitta, so it is said that it starts from the left throat and flows to the center of the navel. When the right air flows upward, from the center of the navel to the right throat, it travels together with blood, and looking up from the navel, it is called the descending pulse. Although air flows from both sides, and the bodhicitta flows downward, the left side is called entering. The blood is together with the upward flowing air, and it comes out from the right side. Therefore, it is called relying on above and below. It is called the sun and the moon, which is expressed in code. The heroes and dakinis, going and coming must be said. This refers to the fact that the hero is the seed that generates the five aggregates, and the dakini is the wind of the five elements. This refers to the left lalanā, appearing from the left side of the throat to the left and right sides. Looking up, it means that when the air that has not been grasped from the left nostril enters, the bodhicitta descends, so it is said. By looking up and down, one should understand the difference between grasping and not grasping.
