Having asked thus, he further inquired about the nature of the resultant tantra. In all tantras, the subject matter is the nine tantras, including the Guhyasamāja. The basis for their discussion is the arising of the expressive tantra from the assembly of the four perfections. Because the lord of the three secret realms, as well as the Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas, find it difficult to realize, it is secret. Samantabhadra is the nature of the source of skillful means and wisdom. The samādhi arising from Samantabhadra is the expressive. The samādhi arising from that, the nature of the expressive, which is the basis of wildness and the nature of moving objects, all the samādhis of the four empowerments are the agents of great bliss. As it is said: "The yogi who abides in the mind in various aspects, does not show the passing into sorrow." It is said. Whatever is the emptiness of one, that is the emptiness of all. By this reasoning, if one knows the suchness of the mind of the fourth empowerment, one will know the suchness of all dharmas. Thus, this shows the nature of the resultant tantra. Alternatively, since this is not an explanatory tantra of this, it shows the nine root tantras, all the tantras and the basis are as before. The term "Samantabhadra" refers to Vajrasattva, the nature of the union of emptiness and illusion as one taste. This secret is also this, and it is expressed by the nature of empowerment, so the mandala and deities to be offered, and the key instructions for reciting mantras, etc., the completely imagined wheel of the generation stage, and the other-dependent wheel of the incomplete completion stage, etc., the nature of great bliss is expressed by the expressive of the four empowerments, this is the nature of the result. As it is said: "Quicksilver appears as gold," it is said that one ounce of quicksilver can turn a thousand ounces of iron into a thousand ounces of gold. If one knows the essence of the Dharma, the secret of the mind, then all beings will become Buddhas. It is said. In this way, this is also the explanatory tantra of the nine tantras, with nine beginnings, nine secrets, nine Samantabhadras, and nine expressive samādhis, to understand all the containers and contents of the expressive as bliss. Alternatively, here is the self-arisen tantra.
