It drips with a color like a maiden. It is said to be Vasanta, which makes all sentient beings happy. This is the spring that causes physical comfort and great joy, the seed of the power of physical comfort. Having thus explained the Vasanta of means, the Tilaka of wisdom-yeshe is explained: The mouth of the vulture is the form of fire. The northern sea is said to be the mouth of the vulture, and the navel chakra, the place where the wind enters, is like it, is the mouth of the vulture. Its form refers to the heat of wind and fire, which descends and holds the bodhicitta, hence it is called the selfless mother Tilaka. Selfless mother is named with the secret language of the consort of Hevajra. Tilaka is the drop of blood on the heat friction pad. Driven by the wind of karma. The left and right channels are the rubbing ropes, and the central channel Avadhuti is the rubbing stick. The friction pad is the remaining blood drop of the fire element. To this, driven by the left and right winds, burning, smoking, and appearing from the center of the navel chakra, meeting the Vasanta in the heart, therefore the body is happy, greatly happy, the mind is comfortable, and together arises the cause of coemergent joy, which is to abide in a certain degree of samadhi. This is the samadhi of the first dhyana, the bliss of non-discrimination, therefore it is the Heruka of the cause of abiding bliss. Therefore, this is The glorious Heruka, is considered as Vasanta Tilaka. The so-called "considered" means that on the Tilaka of Vipassana emptiness, with the Vasanta of non-discriminating Yeshe, although not the Heruka of the one-taste fruit, but considering the Heruka of the cause of abiding, it is said "considered". Yoginis, etc. Cause and non-cause both abide. The so-called heat of wind and fire is material, but it is a phenomenon that appears as consciousness, so it is done with four causes. The difference of body, speech, and mind. The so-called heat of wind and fire runs from the nine doors mentioned earlier, abiding in the manner of coming and going. Having thus explained Vasanta Tilaka, then the place of its difference will be explained, in the navel with the form of the letter A, short is known as action.

This is: Hūṃ, abide in the measure of one eye-closure. (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) The heart is also the letter Hūṃ. (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) Two parts of the measure are the mountain, this means abiding in the measure of two eye-closures. In the throat, with the form of Aṃ, drawing three parts of the measure, this means the wind abiding in the measure of three eye-closures. On the forehead is also Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Haṃ), this means that at all times, the space wind abides in the body from the place of dwelling until death. These winds, as long as the heat of the fierce fire is not generated, are space winds. When the heat is generated, it is the fire wind. Where do these wheels abide? As it is said, the great elements such as earth. As it is said, between the navel and the water of the navel is the navel emanation wheel, between the navel water and the heart earth is the heart dharma wheel, between the heart and the head space is the enjoyment wheel, and between the head space and the boundary of the outer space is the great bliss wheel. In these places, the bliss of the descending bodhicitta is generated, which is called the four yogas, the four joys, and the four times. Therefore, one goes with four unions, and in the manner of the four joys, one especially abides in the four boundaries, it is said. In the manner of supreme joy, the object of action and the agent, it is said, the object of action that generates the four joys is the blood bindu, and the agent is the bodhicitta bindu. In the manner of glorious Vajrasattva, it is said, it is the bliss without conceptualization. How does one enjoy this bliss? It is said, in the center of the navel, bliss pervades and abides. Abiding on the four petals, it is said, are the veins of the four elements, the veins of the ḍākinīs, and so on. At the boundary veins, the five nectars descend, it is said, the four nectars are the veins of the four boundaries, and the central one is connected to the bodhicitta vein. Having explained the wisdom wheel in this way, the distinctions of the three wheels should be explained, with the distinctions of body, speech, and mind, it is said, it is the body mandala of the twenty-four places. In all the places, one truly abides, it is said, one abides in the twenty-four places. From where do these veins arise? The veins that arise from the head, it is said to arise from the head.
