From the HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: HŪṂ) syllable at the navel, light radiates from the pores of the hair, expanding the wheel of the mandala in the ten directions. Thus, the generation stage demonstrates the conduct of an Avadhūta. Now, having obtained the secret empowerment, the conduct of reaching the other shore is: On the summit of Mount Sumeru, the dwelling should be extremely equal. This means that one should be extremely equal towards gain and loss, fame and infamy, praise and blame, happiness and suffering. Moreover, following the Buddha's equal union, in a lotus grove, in the presence of a delightful woman, if the practitioner meditates genuinely, he will quickly attain accomplishment. Here it is said that a lotus grove refers to women who are twelve, sixteen, twenty, and twenty-four years old. A delightful pond refers to mantra-born women such as mothers and sisters who have been purified through the four approaches of recitation and accomplishment. "The practitioner meditates genuinely" means that by meditating on the samādhi of the four joys, one overcomes the eight worldly dharmas there, and whatever one obtains, one should eat. Here it is said that one should abandon the discrimination of good and bad, and eat with a mind that does not discriminate flavors, and one should throw food as offerings to substances. Regarding "guñja and various others," whatever one obtains, one should decorate with garlands made of oloma seeds, etc., and if one does not obtain them, one should not crave for jewel garlands, etc. Regarding "wear what arises from the limbs of living beings," whatever one obtains, one should wear the skins of elephants and tigers, etc., and if one does not obtain them, one should not seek large cotton cloths and Kashmiri fabrics, etc. If gain and loss are the same, then what is the need? To seek happiness and give happiness. Here it is said that for the unwavering action of the vow of meditation, for the yogi without discrimination, one should give the means of bodily and mental happiness, making them equal. If the sound of fame has differences, some also recite Sanskrit (Tibetan: སཾ་སྐྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: संस्कृत, Romanized Sanskrit: saṃskṛta, literal Chinese meaning: Sanskrit), and also speak vernacular (Tibetan: པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्राकृत, Romanized Sanskrit: prākṛta, literal Chinese meaning: vernacular). Here it is said that the meaning of fame and infamy are the same. By uniting with the conduct of a madman, eat whatever you eat and do not eat. This means that just as a madman's senses are impaired by illness, and all thoughts become indistinguishable, so too, yogis

Through the power of entering the Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), by the power of individual examination, blocking conceptualization. Corresponding to the behavior of a madman, one should degrade what is edible and inedible, the five nectars, etc., and praise fish meat and hot porridge, etc., and regard happiness and suffering as having the same taste. Having thus explained the conduct of the Paramitas, now, in order to obtain the empowerment of wisdom, the conduct of overcoming all directions is explained, that is, saying "accomplished in another place" etc. Another place refers to towns, forests, pleasure gardens, etc. Following the root Tantra of Chakrasamvara, "named Risula Thicket, in the charnel ground of primordial accomplishment" etc., with the thought of abandoning all fears in the place of Chakrasamvara, the yogi with wisdom meditates on the meaning of wisdom, when the practitioner generates heat, one should begin the conduct of overcoming all directions. Why should one begin the conduct of overcoming all directions? Why is it called overcoming all directions? Because "liberated from all obscurations, accomplishing all wishes", this shows the abandonment and the excellence. What is called overcoming directions is "the objects dwelling in the ten directions, the grasped and the grasper are all abandoned", because there is no experience of bliss, therefore in the four conducts, because of being separated from the grasped and the grasper, it is called overcoming all directions. Having thus explained the meaning of the word "that", now in the manner of the path of attachment, "thus for a while the yogi, after stabilizing in the indestructible place", thus it is said, placing the indestructible life force into the Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), observing in the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness. "Extremely beautiful in appearance, possessing desire, the wisdom goddess should be taken", this refers to the Dakini of performing good deeds and empowerment. "Goddess, joyful, playful woman", this refers to the co-emergent woman. "Adorned with precious ornaments etc., the woman holding reason", this refers to the mantra woman born through the practice of recitation. "Devas and Yakshas or", this refers to Devas and Gandharvas being sky-goers, Yakshas and Rakshasas being earth-goers. "Asuras dwelling under the earth, and the daughters of Nagas etc."
