Having tasted the nectar, and having meditated, recited, made offerings, and praised, eliminate obstacles through meditation and recitation. Finally, invite the Wisdom Being to descend, dissolve the Samaya Being into the body, protect it with the five family seed syllables (Tibetan: ས་བོན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), and arise. Next, the meaning of that will be explained. "Yoga itself" refers to the yogi who meditates on the four-armed deity. If asked which family "that" belongs to, it is said, "Vajrasattva Tathagata," therefore it belongs to the Vajra family. Yeshe Pal Zangpo said that this is the speech Heruka. The four arms symbolize the samadhi of the four joys, or subduing the four maras. Its four emblems are: the skull cup is the nature of skillful means, the vajra, the bell is the nature of shamatha and vipassana. The consort Vajravarahi should be understood as the white-clad goddess. "Meditate on the nature of the Bhagavan" means that the body color and emblems are the same. Having explained the four-armed deity in this way, next the six-armed deity will be explained. Having done the preliminaries in this way, after meditating on emptiness bodhicitta, on top of the four elements, visualize the palace. In the center of the lotus, on top of the moon mandala, generate from the seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed) Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), or generate from the five Abhisambodhis. "Meditate as the form of the deity" means to meditate on oneself as that deity, and the retinue is generated from the syllables. Among them, the first black face is the Dharmadhatu wisdom, the white face on the right is the mirror-like wisdom, and the red face on the left is the discriminating awareness wisdom of speech. "With all ornaments" means adorned with bone ornaments. "Meditate on sitting on a skull cup seat" means subduing the skandha maras, or Yeshe Zangpo said that the བྷྲྀང་'s riti should be spread as a cushion. The left hand holds a skull cup, bell, and bow, and the right hand holds a trident, vajra, and arrow. Or it should be in accordance with the root tantra, both of which indicate the complete purification of the six perfections. The consort's two hands hold a skull cup and a curved knife, and for subduing the nature of the three realms, it is a Rakshasa seat.

It resides in. The Buddha's nature radiates light like clouds. This means that after the essence of the Tathagata is gathered, it resides in the bhaga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: vulva) of the consort, thereby generating the mandala of goddesses. The faces and hand gestures of the retinue goddesses are easy to understand, so they are not explained. The colors are blue, yellow, red, green, smoke color, white, blue, and yellow. "Playing various musical instruments" means that flutes, lutes, pottery drums, and long drums should be placed at the four corners. At the doors are iron hooks, ropes, iron fetters, and bells. In order to bless the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, invite the wisdom being, bestow empowerment, taste the nectar, and practice meditation and recitation. After meditating in the center of the bhaga (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning: vulva), begin the recitation of mantras. What is the recitation? It is Om ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: complete), Ah ཨཱཿ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: arising), Hum ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: entering), Hrih ཧྲཱིཿ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: great compassion), Svaha སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: accomplishment). Or Om ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: complete), Vajra བཛྲ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: diamond), Kiti किति (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: victory), Kiti किति (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: victory), Hum ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: entering), Phat ཕཊ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: breaking), Svaha སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: accomplishment). Om ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: complete), Ah ཨཱཿ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: arising), and Hum ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: entering) are for blessing body, speech, and mind. The essence of the Tathagata is the single-letter Hum ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: entering). The heart essence and near heart essence of all the goddesses is Hrih ཧྲཱིཿ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: great compassion). The offering goddesses are E ए (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: eh), Ai ऐ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: ai), O ओ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: oh), Au औ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: au). The doorkeepers are A अ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: a), Ā आ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: long a), I इ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: i), Ī ई (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: long i). Then the practitioner generates the vajra with the syllable Hum ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: entering), and generates the lotus with the syllable A अ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning: a), and then enters into equanimity, thereby emanating a gathering of four goddesses. The five nectar goddesses offer themselves and the mandala with offerings, embraces, hand drums, tastes, flowers, and so on. If one wishes to accomplish the siddhi of activities, one should recite the mantras of the four activities. The explanation of the third section of the second chapter is complete. The fourth section of the second chapter: Explaining the meditation on numerous goddesses from the Tara-originated Tantra. Having explained the methods of practice for numerous heroes, now I will explain the methods of practice for numerous heroines. Listen, Vajra, according to the proper method. This is the method of guarding the deities. The differences in the mandala to be practiced. This means that the differences in the mandalas are not the same. Peaceful and increasing, and so on.
