It is the emptiness of the path. Alas! How can it be said that the bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体:bhaga,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:薄伽) of the Dharmadhatu of the Blessed One dwells in the non-conceptual, single taste? In response, it is said that although emptiness and wisdom are of one taste in the ultimate truth, due to the inclinations of the beings to be tamed, in order to captivate their minds, at the beginning of the tantras, it dwells in the lotus, the moon, and the palace, as well as the seat of corpses and the bhaga (藏文,梵文天城体:bhaga,梵文罗马拟音:bhaga,汉语字面意思:薄伽) of the consorts. I have heard that the Blessed One dwells in that form of the categories of Dharma, thus connecting it. Why is it called bhaga Because the afflictions are destroyed by the wisdom of emptiness, it is bhaga In reality, in order for the omniscient wisdom that has no appearance to penetrate the emptiness of the beings to be tamed, it is transformed and shown as the form of bhaga What is the Dharma that expresses this? It is expressed by the meaning of the beginning, which is the four letters evam māyā (藏文,梵文天城体:evam māyā,梵文罗马拟音:evam māyā,汉语字面意思:如是幻), and since the expresser shows the meaning of the means and wisdom of the nine tantras, at the beginning of the Dharma of the nine tantras, evam māyā (藏文,梵文天城体:evam māyā,梵文罗马拟音:evam māyā,汉语字面意思:如是幻) is shown. Why is it needed? To generate the pure accomplishments of the Buddhas. It is said like this. If all the Sutras are to utter the sound of evam māyā (藏文,梵文天城体:evam māyā,梵文罗马拟音:evam māyā,汉语字面意思:如是幻), then in response, from Vajrapani onwards, the meaning that cannot be spoken, I have shown to sentient beings. By understanding that the letter represents the four mudras, and that means dwells in wisdom, one goes far away from the ocean of samsara. If one realizes the nature of all dharmas as one realizes the nature of that mind, what will happen? Once one gathers the mind from everything through a hundred paths, the inner self is unwavering, and with the symbol of the tamed mind, having manifested the symbol of all dharmas, one will attain the Vajradhara state in this very life. Whoever has not realized the emptiness of the mind, until death, will experience the bliss of meditation and the formless gods. Whoever abandons the statement that this path of manifestation is not the right path will be born in the Avici hell. How does a glorious one obtain the path of manifestation, just like obtaining the wisdom of the four mudras of the pure mind?

Thinking of everything, if one can realize the symbol of the instantaneous purification of the self-aware mind's defilements, then one can truly see the nature of the three realms as equal to space, which is the Dharmakaya; and the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya manifestations like wish-fulfilling jewels, benefiting sentient beings. If it is separated from the causes and conditions of manifestation, then it cannot symbolize the inconceivable Dharmadhatu. The explanation of the fourth chapter is complete. The first chapter of the second examination: Explaining the three empowerments of water, secret, and wisdom-jnana. Thus, the first chapter has explained the knowable aspects of the profound completion stage. Now, the order of empowerment, which is the practice, will be explained. First, the mandala, in the middle, the feast wheel, and finally, the meaning of the empowerment will be explained. For the benefit of the practitioner, the empowerment is briefly indicated by one verse, and now it will be explained in detail. First, one's own being is made into a deity, and for the sake of vajra purifying the earth, a burning vajra arises from the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Thus, after explaining the purification of the earth, the arising, and the examination, now it is explained with one verse. The examination of colors, if conditions allow, is made from precious jewels, medium conditions are made from mixtures, and inferior conditions are made from rice flour to create the paint. A small-sized triangular mandala with a three-finger-width border is the examination of colors. The examination of the limbs of practice is to purify the mantra path through the four recitations and practices, and then to introduce the five lineages that have received empowerment, or the four lineages such as yogis, into the mandala. How to examine what has become a limb of practice? Just like all the Buddhas' Dharmadhatu mandala, the palace where perfect enjoyment and manifestation reside, the yogi, through performance, focuses the mind on the freedom and activities of women in limitless worlds, and enjoys them. Do not let demons devour, and keep in mind the fear of sentient beings falling into the lower realms due to breaking vows. Through blessings, obtain the state of three joys, and the ultimate truth of the Buddhas—emptiness, free from eighty natures.
