Following after, it is according to the power of those to be tamed, with the limb of means, namely the mandala of powder. And the external fire offering that is greatly related to it. For that very reason it is said: "Thus the yogi," that is, one who possesses inner yoga. The place is the secret place, the navel chakra. The hearth too, that is, in the mandala of the navel, as it is said. That itself is the place, to be devoted to being equal to that is to become that, like becoming the other shore. How does one accomplish all actions? It is said, beginning with "Ma" and so forth. It is, that is, for what reason? Those that are the faces of fire, those are thus. The fire offering itself is the nature of fire offering, that is, for its sake. The stirrer is the stirring stick. Non-virtue is previous conduct and so forth. Kharan is oral transmission. On the outer corners of that, the three-pronged vajra of the wrathful ones is in the hearth pit of manifest conduct. For pacification, wheels or three-pronged vajras and so forth. For increase, jewels and so forth. For subjugation, iron hooks marked with red lotuses. For all actions, swords and so forth or various vajras and so forth. Similar to the peaceful hearth, with distinctions, this should also be known in the hearth of all actions. The crest jewel is the wheel. In the center of the hearth pit, each mark in accordance with the action and following. For all actions, the main mark in accordance with the action and following, made within the four marks. The so-called fire offering is knowing the ritual of the nature of fire offering. How to know according to reason, in the direction in accordance with the action and following. The ladle is also filled with ghee, and those that have become like that. On the mouth of the ladle, placing the mouth of the pouring ladle, and pouring. The implements of the fire offering are the firewood to be burned and so forth. The water is the water of all actions. Fierce action is clockwise. All actions is the mantra of the swirling nectar, water recited with that. With that, sprinkling and scattering, for the things to be fire offered and so forth, and for the deities too, offering torma and washing water.

First, create a stove and recognize that the fire is burning. Then, in the center of the fire, meditate on selflessness. In the triangular fire mandala arising from the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: raṃ), visualize the fire deity residing on a lotus and sun, arising from the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: raṃ) or perfected instantaneously. With the hook of light rays from the seed syllable in the heart of the Samaya-sattva, invite the Jnana-sattva fire deity from the direction of fire in the sky, and visualize it surrounded by a host of sages. In a summoning gesture, move the thumb of the right hand in the Abhaya mudra and make a hooking gesture, reciting ཨོཾ་ཨེ་ཧི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं एहि, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ehi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, come) and so on. ཧ་བྱ་མ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हव्य, Romanized Sanskrit: havya, Literal Chinese meaning: offering) is what is offered to the deities, and ཀ་བྱ་མ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: कव्य, Romanized Sanskrit: kavya, Literal Chinese meaning: offering) is also for the deities. The transformation is also the fire deity, for the purpose of generating the desired state of manifestation of the practitioner's practice. Perform cleansing and offering, holding the tip of a Kusha grass, with the water of all actions. Three eyes are for each face. Thick and short, with black, yellow, and white, and faces facing right, west, and north. Inviting in is to become one with the Samaya-sattva. Homa is filling the offerings. After that, everything, such as sesame seeds and rice, is offered with the mantra of one's own deity. Just the homa is the homa of everything, after doing that. What is completely transformed is the fire deity. The order of union is inviting the Jnana-sattva into the Samaya-sattva, and filling the offerings, etc. The deities are those that are in accordance with peaceful and other activities, such as Vairochana, etc. The so-called "desired accomplishment" is the desired manifest accomplishment. Then, it is said that one should represent with the signs of fire, both without and with obstacles. Umbrella, etc., refers to burning with the play of umbrella, etc., is highly praised. The three peaks are the last. Burning clockwise is the best symbol. Many flames, etc., represent obstacles. Diligence refers to the meaning of the sixth. The end of the syllable ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Svaha, refers to the end of the syllables of one's own mantra. For peaceful activity, add ཤཱ་ནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: śāntiṃ kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: pacify, do, svāhā), for increasing activity, add "increase, do, Om." For subjugating activity, add པ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: वशं कुरु होः, Romanized Sanskrit: vaśaṃ kuru hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: subjugate, do, hoḥ). For attracting activity, add "attract, do, jah," expanding in this way, chanting with song.
