Thus, this is the garland of mantras. Om Om Svaha. Om Ta Svaha. Om Ra Svaha. Om Tu Svaha. Om Tta Svaha. Om Re Svaha. Om Tu Svaha. Om Re Svaha. These are for the eight spokes. In the center of the wheel, surrounded by eight Tams, within the Tam, write: Om Hrih Che-ge-mo Me-ba-shvi Ku-ru Hrih Svaha Tam, and then contemplate this wheel at the crown of the head, between the eyebrows, and at the heart of the Bhagavati, placing only this wheel within. Take it out from the Dharma-arising gate, and invite the essence of the Wisdom Sattva of the Bhagavati with the rays of light from your own bindu, placing and establishing that deity alone within. Completely transform it into the essence of letters, place it within, and make offerings. Such is the wheel that has been consecrated, which should be placed on a high place. Thus, secondly, it should be placed in butter and honey. The object to be subdued is that which is pervaded by the rays of light from the wheel of one's own body going outwards, and it is subdued by reciting the mantra. For the subsequent illusion wheels, consecration and other practices should be performed by following this method as appropriate. Again, this refers to contemplating the Tara who is exceedingly joyful. On top of an eight-petaled lotus, is a ten-spoked wheel. Around its circumference is a garland of mantras such as Om Pra-sa-na-na. On each of the spokes is a letter of Om Tare Tu-ttare Svaha. In the center, write Om Tare Tu-ttare Ture Che-ge-mo Ba-shi Ku-ru Svaha, and then do everything as before. The illusion wheel of Kurukulle has already been explained in the eighth chapter. It is said that in the center of the wheel, surrounded by eight གཿ letters, the accomplishment of གཿ So-and-so སྟ་མྦྷ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ་གཿ is carried out.
