This is spoken for the purpose of teaching the yoga of bindu, such as "white," and so on. The white rays of light of the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), like moonlight, rise upwards, relying on the lotus of the head. In the center of the petals of the head lotus, in the aperture of the Avadhūta (अवधूत,Avadhūta, the renouncer), the mind of the bindu, the bindu of the mind of enlightenment, resounds fully. It unites as one with (the light) and comes from the path of the Avadhūta, and in the heart, at the bindu of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), in its own nature, like a part divided into a hundred parts of a hair tip, it truly abides in the nature of subtle particles. That white nature of subtle particles, because the symbolized object, characteristics, and wisdom are inseparable, therefore, the nature of awareness that is free from elaboration and differentiation is the inseparability of emptiness and compassion. Look at that, examine it carefully and make it manifest. What is the symbolized object or characteristic? It is the state of the bindu existing, the bindu itself is the basis of the characteristic, which means the symbolized object. This is the characteristic of the unknowing mind. Awareness, that is, the things and non-things to be grasped, and the grasping of them, do not exist, that is the characteristic. Where is it? In the heart. From where does it come? Because it is connected to the nectar wave pulse of the golden gate moon, therefore the door of the bindu is the door of the hairline. From that path, that is, the path of the lower end, it enters the aperture of the Avadhūta, that is its meaning. This vajra word should also be distinguished by the teachings of the lama, the objects to be grasped and worthy of being grasped are the functions of consciousness and wisdom, that is, the conventional and the ultimate. Because one should receive teachings from the path of realizing the nature of the two truths, or from understanding the meaning of the scriptures as they are, and with a mind that is receptive to the teachings, and not from those who are far from the path and the scriptures, and who teach the meaning of reversal. Therefore, one must arise from what is to be accomplished here, with practice as the core, it must be so, this is a statement with profound meaning, such as "easy to obtain," and so on. Therefore, one who first desires to unite should serve in a way that completely pleases the lama, thereby entering the yoga of

To a disciple who earnestly engages in practice, how should a wise guru appropriately instruct in order to realize the two truths and the two stages? Samadhi, that is, abiding in the nature of the unity of samsara and nirvana, that is, its nature, the two truths are inseparable, is a sentient being fully connected with wisdom and compassion. Immovable means not being moved by doubt. Harmless means eliminating harm such as desire. From what does it arise? Only the mind is like this, not others. Things arise from, that is, the cause. Arising, then things are the aggregates of form and so on. The pure ones are also the arising of those, that is, the producer of the arising. Because the mind is the master of afflictions and karma, it is the cause, so the preceding dharmas are the aggregates of samsara. Only this purity means purity of mind, because those with pure minds can generate those purities. Purity means preventing all obstacles. Only the mind is swift, which means those with power, because only the practice of the mind with the power of skillful means can obtain purity faster than other methods, so it is the swift path. Thus it is said that the nature of the four truths is also only the mind, that is, the principal. The nature of the perfection of self-interest and the perfection of the interest of others is also. Thus it is said, knowing with the mind is of the mind, the king is of the king. Pure, that is, by washing away the turbidity of defilements such as jealousy, so it is extremely pure. Benefiting others is teaching the Dharma and performing miraculous transformations and so on. Therefore, even in the state of non-discrimination, beings are matured by the power of past aspirations, so this is the nature of the king, this is the nature of the Tathagatagarbha. The nature of the Bodhisattva, even in the state of discrimination, is also. The nature of ordinary beings is only as it should be, and in other aspects it is the karma of speech and body. Because it is also that
