Having invited them, request them to reside in front, offer offering water and foot washing water, and make offerings properly. The Vajra Rope Mother, urged by the light rays of the heart, recites the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and visualizes the white light rays emanating from the heart, praying for the establishment of the wheel of wisdom. Reciting "Om Guru Guru Samaya Adhipati Hūṃ Jaḥ Svāhā," after inviting them, have them reside in their own wheel with a blue lotus seat. Similarly, reciting the syllable Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:榜), visualize the Vajra Lock Mother emanating yellow light rays from the heart, pervading the mandala, thereby binding it. Likewise, for the deity Vajra Bell Mother, recite the syllable Hauḥ (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:हौः,梵文罗马拟音:hauḥ,汉语字面意思:吼), visualize the red light rays filling the mandala, thereby pleasing her. Bestow blessings such as eyes on everything, as well as blessings of body, speech, and mind, and generate the wisdom hero with special devotion. The Tathāgatas, urged by the light rays of the seed syllable in the heart of the mandala lord, and the yoginis urged by them, when bestowing empowerment simultaneously on everything with precious vases filled with the water of the five wisdoms as before, contemplate the accomplishment of the family lord on the crown of the head. Among them, the Tathāgatas such as Vajrasattva, as well as Māmakī, Sound Vajra Mother, Singer, Touch Vajra Mother, and Dharmadhatu Vajra Mother, their family lord is Akshobhya.

Then, the assembly of goddesses invited by the rays of the seed syllables of the sixteen goddesses residing within the lotus, entering from the mouths of the goddesses, descends there with the essence of dissolving bodhicitta. Then, from the bodhicitta and rays with seed syllables, taken out from the pores of the wisdom mother's hair, one should extract the assembly of goddesses and various offerings and close enjoyments, reciting the mantra "Om Sarva Tathagata Puja Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་པཱུ་ཛ་བཛྲ་སྭཱ་྅་྅་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्व तथागत पूज वज्र स्वाभाव आत्माकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva tathāgata pūja vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham,汉语字面意思:Om, all, thus-gone, offering, vajra, self-nature, self)", thereby offering to the mandala. Then, with the eight-line mantras that will be explained in the thirty-second section, one should praise the Bhagavan goddesses with their respective mouths. One should also visualize that all sentient beings, urged by the rays, are making prostrations, praises, and supplications. Then, with the ritual that will be explained in the thirty-fourth section, one should diligently accomplish the nectar, and from the urging of the rays of the heart, maturing in thirty-seven vessels, or residing in their respective hands, born from the white Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, about the size of a mustard seed, blessed by the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) syllable, through the tubes of the rays of the tongue of the single-pointed vajra, or drawn by the mind, one should taste them without attachment. One should also examine the suchness of the mandala, both conventional and ultimate truths. This is called the second samadhi of the supreme king of mandalas. Thereafter, urged by Vajradhara, all the deities of the mandala, and the emanations of the body's array of the Bhagavan, instantly pervading the expanse of the sky, generating the ability to accomplish the benefit of others and attain the state of the great Vajradhara, then gathering the arrays of one's own body into the root body. This is called the third samadhi above the supreme king. Thereafter, in order to quickly accomplish all siddhis, for the sake of stabilizing the mind, in the navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, and the knot apertures of great bliss, one establishes Am Hum Om Ham Am Hum Om Ham). The wind residing in the secret wheel, stirring the fire, the nature of tummo, the rays of the burning Am (藏文:ཨཾ།,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Am) syllable melting the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) syllable and the other three syllables, together with the inseparable Am (藏文:ཨཾ།,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Am) syllable, arise together.
