Because of its very nature, goodness is without categories, just like being without illness. The truth of the path is the cause of attaining it. The truths of suffering and origin are those with outflows, because they have the maturation of desire, they manifest images of the same essence. Non-attachment, non-hatred, and non-ignorance are good in themselves and are the root of other good things, just like the root of a tree is the cause of arising, abiding, and increasing. Among these, non-attachment is characterized by not being attached to phenomena and things that are contrary to existence. Non-hatred is characterized by not being harsh to sentient beings, being the opposite of anger. Non-ignorance is the nature of wisdom, the correct view, which is the opposite of ignorance. Actions of body and speech are good because they are motivated by non-attachment and so on. Conversely, desire, hatred, and ignorance are non-virtuous and are the roots of non-virtue. All actions of body, speech, and mind motivated by them are also non-virtuous. All afflictions and near afflictions are non-virtuous, all afflictions and near afflictions that operate in the form and formless realms, and the view of the perishable collection and the view of clinging to extremes in the desire realm, and the ignorance that corresponds to them are indeterminate. The phrase "as long as" eliminates whatever other views there may be. Therefore, in order to realize suchness, which is free from all imputations, it is the correct view.

For that reason, then, it is here and in the future. Self-nature is affliction, arising from the mind of affliction. Others speak for the sake of distinction and irreconcilability, or expose faults and proclaim shortcomings. For self-nature, laughter arises from speaking idle chatter. Thus, driven by an afflicted mind, speaking of desire and illegality, meaninglessness, having the habits of a village, childish speech, noise, lamentation, songs, and things that are fascinating, talks of dance and so on, and evil treatises, it is precisely because one does not have direct knowledge that the noble ones will say that this will also laugh at oneself. Therefore, being free from the four kinds of verbal misconduct, abiding in the non-dual wisdom that is not disturbed by unreal discriminations, that is, language related to this. That is the true initiation here. To make it enter, that is, others and oneself. Saying some words, thereby making people understand what is to be expressed. Black is unwholesome, that is, killing and so on, is the result of suffering, only the desire realm, because there is no other karma that will experience suffering. White is wholesome, that is, giving and so on. That is also with outflows and without outflows. That which is with outflows is in the desire realm and in the third dhyana, having the result of happiness. From the fourth dhyana to the peak of existence, it is the result of neither happiness nor suffering, because wholesome is called the result of the desire realm. That which is without outflows is the result of transcendental realization. What is called white is what appears to be white, just as ignorant sinners kill their parents and elders with the thought of doing good. Similarly, other barbarians and so on, due to ignorance, with the thought of wanting to do good, perform actions such as killing, which appear like white, so it is said to be intentional white, but in reality it is only black. Therefore, the result here is black, that is, suffering. What is called black means

Manifestations and the like, appear like darkness to those whose minds are not tamed, hence this is the darkness of self-conceit. Because it is universally practiced by Bodhisattvas endowed with compassion, it is purely white. Therefore, not only is the resultant effect purely white, but it also becomes excellent for the sake of exhausting sins. Likewise, these forms will be distinguished in this way. Therefore, following the deeds of the noble ones, that is, for the sake of accomplishing the precepts of restraint, the precepts of accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the precepts of benefiting sentient beings. Truth is that which is not deceptive, the limit of all actions, that is, the ultimate. "What" means that which should be done and practiced as a virtue in order to purify the faults of the noble lineage, that is, the virtues, including: begging for alms, possessing three robes, using only one seat, not accepting food offered later, dwelling wherever one is, being a tree-dweller, being without interruption, dwelling in a cemetery, dwelling in a dung heap, wearing felt clothes, dwelling in solitude, These are the twelve. One must not give up the determination to practice these. Hypocritical behavior is the false restraint of conduct for the sake of gain and desire for robes and the like. Flattery is adulation with the intention of seeking gain, with the thought of desiring gain and respect. Merely sweet talk, whatever is pleasing and agreeable to others, is itself. This is a near metaphor, that is, measuring by gain and also flattery. Among them, because of greed for gain, to slander others in front of others by saying, "This person is stingy," etc., this is measuring by gain, and only measuring by gain is craving to obtain gain from others. Giving little but seeking much in return, and praising things out of greed, this is flattery, and also praising a little that is given for the sake of gain. Excellent universal conduct is virtuous action. Not accumulating or clinging to one's own gains, and enjoying them with moderation and knowing measure, etc., whatever is free from faults, is itself. Permission means taking pleasure.
