Because it is spoken in terms of meaning. The wheel is the assembly of gods, that is, with its various forms of play and amusement, etc. What is the difference? Everywhere, that is, in all directions, because countless forms are emanated, so it is manifold, the aggregate of manifoldness. Supreme, that is, according to their capacity, in order to show sentient beings an easy way to ༄༅།།practice. Furthermore, what is to be accomplished? It is said, "Great Secret." The Great Secret is within the Vajra Tent, and also the palace that is appropriate. It will be explained how this dwells in each place where it dwells. The other meaning has already been explained, and so are the supreme qualities, etc. Where does it dwell? It is said, "Solitude," and so on. Briefly showing the emanation, it is explained in detail, that is, "everywhere," and so on. If the collection of all kinds of forms, etc., is elaborated, it is the all-manifold mudra. Because the yogi with the form of a deity constantly enjoys the objects of the senses, he benefits all sentient beings in all directions with all kinds of completely pure bliss, and according to their capacity, he acts only with bliss. Because the activities of sentient beings are accomplished only through meditation, like crossing to the other shore, there is no suffering of cutting off hands and feet, etc. Then, shouldn't this nature of bodhicitta be cultivated? It should be cultivated, because the mandala, which is the essence, is taken and held. The mandala is the totality of emptiness and wisdom, because it takes the essence of great bliss, which is the inseparability of emptiness and compassion. In the later Samputa Tantra, it is also said: 'The mandala of gods, etc., is explained; the mandala of bodhicitta; the body is said to be the mandala.' This is the third examination of the mandala. It is said. In the Guru Tantra of the Abhisamayalankara, it is also said: 'The mandala itself is supreme; Heruka, the glorious wisdom, is supreme; the lotus of the sow's bhaga is; the mandala born from the body is most supreme; the mandala gathered in that place; the mandala of bliss is most sacred; the mandala of heroes and yoginis; the union of non-duality is supreme.' Thus it is said.

O, Bodhicitta! From the mandala of བྷ་ག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) and the body, completely transcending the limbs that only meditate on Bodhicitta, completely abandoning the examination by discrimination. The external bindu dissolves equally. This is the sacred mandala. Thus it is said. Also in the great tantra of the secret adornment of all Tathagatas' body, speech, and mind, it is said: Of all external mandalas, emptiness and wisdom should be spoken. Having abandoned all discriminations, what should I show? Thus it is said. Also in the great tantra of Vajra Heart Ornament, it is said: There is no discrimination and no appearance. There is no impurity and no change. The mind of emptiness equal to space, whenever it arises, at that time the five mudras and the deities will be thoroughly determined. Thus it is said. Black Foot, deeply understanding this, said: What is the assembly of Tathagatas? What is the assembly of wrathful goddesses? Liberated from the mandala wheel, there is a co-emergent moment. Thus it is said. "Deities, etc." refers to deities, etc., and other beings. Therefore, the Bodhicitta, inseparable from emptiness and compassion, whose nature is the self-nature body mandala in the form of a deity, is the various incarnations of deities performing various deeds. To clarify this, the colored powder mandala is also called a mandala. If asked: Isn't it showing sentient beings that the self-nature is pure, the inconceivable realm of phenomena, that one's own mind is the mandala? Answer: Yes, it is shown. Even in the unfolding of the mandala image of a yogi with a pure mind, even if one is particularly attached to the extremely pure Buddhas, because of realizing the self-nature purity, from realizing the self-nature purity of one's own mind, differences such as Buddhas and yogis arise. Therefore, although the mandala is said to be the self-nature of all white dharmas, even so, it is not contradictory to the nature of the minds of all sentient beings. If so, then there is no need to explain the generation stage, and if there is another need, please tell me. Answer: It has been said.
