It is the thought of all Buddhas. Yours, that is, the power of oneself. It is related to this. The extensive explanation here is to complete perfectly, and so on. The state is the dwelling place. All the supreme ones, that is, the great Bodhisattvas also make offerings. Empowerment is the three empowerments. As it is said, "Having realized," like the signs of linen, sweat, and hair standing on end. The vase empowerment is the fourth empowerment, because it increases the supreme joy. Thus, here, according to the capacity of the beings with the best faculties, the mandala and the ritual of empowerment are briefly and clearly shown. If you want to explain it in detail, you should understand it from the ritual of the Vajra Garland Mandala that I have said. Thus, after obtaining the conventional and ultimate empowerments, for the sake of the accomplishment of Vajrasattva himself, the means of practice is explained, that is, "Whoever," and so on. In "The most excellent," etc., for the sake of the supreme perfect enjoyment of Vajradhara, and for the sake of purifying and perfecting the realm of sentient beings, and for the sake of accommodating the perfection of the basis of the wish-fulfilling tree and the nature of jewels as the vessel world, it is the meaning of the fourth empowerment. Merely cultivating the mind of enlightenment very firmly contained in the six perfections is armor. In enlightenment, that is, after generating the mind of enlightenment from the vase empowerment, the vastness is to strive to perfect the benefit of oneself and others, that is, the meaning of cultivating the mind of enlightenment. This is a summary of the practice that will be explained in the future. Immaculate, because it is free from laziness, etc., and free from the defilement of transgressions. There are two categories of transgressions for the vow holders of Vajrasattva, namely, root transgressions and gross transgressions. Among them, despising the guru, disobeying the teachings of the Tathagata, revealing the faults of Vajra brothers with hatred, abandoning love, slandering the three vehicles, explaining secrets to the immature, slandering the five aggregates of the Tathagata's own nature, all
