"O" refers to the empowerment by the secret lord of all wisdom and means, which is the secret empowerment. The empowerment of wisdom and knowledge refers to "causing to act," and so on. "That itself" refers only to the mudra of the disciple. If the disciple offers it for the purpose of enjoying everything, then that yogini who is oneself is not human, because serving her is the very cause of hell. Because it is said, "Terrible hell, the sinful one, do not transgress the wisdom of the lama." The Bhagavan also said, "The lama's belongings are like life, his consort is like the lama, his retinue is like relatives, always look upon them with equanimity. Fearing the sin like destroying a stupa, do not even step on his shadow, what need is there to mention stepping on shoes, cushions, and mounts?" Therefore, even stepping on the lama's shadow and so on produces sin, so one should regard the lama's most beloved consort as the lama, stepping on her is only a great sin. Therefore, it is said in the Vajra Tent of the Dakini, "The lama's shadow and leftovers, shoes, cushions, and mattresses, whoever steps on them out of great ignorance, that person is one who is cut by a razor. Even if well empowered, if the disciple does not obey the lama's command, in this world he will become mute, in the next world he will dwell in hell. By the union of deceit and deception, manifesting false respect, will lead to exhaustion, leprosy, and great disease, and will be born in hell and so on." Furthermore, the consort that the disciple offers to the lama solely for the meaning of the secret empowerment, the lama himself should enjoy and then give to the disciple, and the disciple should also experience wisdom and knowledge. Just as it is said in the later Compendium, "Extremely devoted and of great wisdom, delighting in a practitioner of good form, accustomed to the activity of solitary yoga, possessing the vows of all vows. The practitioner should offer to the lama for the sake of merit, the lama blesses and then gives to that practitioner." Together with the practitioner, whoever is accustomed to the solitary yoga of the deity, is both solitary and activity, that is, practice and absorption.

That which is characterized by following accomplishment, whoever is accustomed to it, that is the habit of the sole yoga act. The practitioner of forms such as Vairochana, with vows, is in accordance with his own lineage. Those who do not understand should recognize that it is only the habit of the sole yoga act, not this vow. Offering is not crooked, offering is a near offering, this makes one approach desire. Having blessed, one should enjoy oneself closely, and the lama should also give it to the practitioner. In this way, this will be blessed. "Equal taste" means the bliss born together. The disciple's field of activity is what the disciple should correctly understand, just as here, the reality is realized. Since it is free from the conceptualization of what is to be grasped, it should be understood from the words of the lama from the distinction of practice that has already been explained at the time of generating Bodhicitta. It is said in the Second Examination: "When supreme joy is attained, in an instant of abandoning various things, the Teacher said, 'Great-hearted one, take great bliss.'" Here, supreme joy is only the joy born together, because it is distinguished only by abandoning various things. One should understand that it is obtained through the order of arising. When it arises, the lama's speech is not appropriate, because it is not needed. What is to be taken is what must be taken. Here, those who speak of experience say that experiencing great bliss is the same as reality. The Madhyamikas say that the method is definite and all dharmas are inconceivable. Therefore, it is explained as the fourth reality. What is the use of that? It is said, "One should know for oneself," and so on. Because by meditating on equal taste, knowing for oneself, it will become the fruit of wisdom, it means that external practice that is not approximate is not appropriate. Only the wisdom of the fruit is different, because it abandons the correct knowledge of self and others, and is free from the conceptualizations of what should be taken and what should be abandoned. For that very reason, it is like space, without elaboration. It is free from sweat, because there are no two obscurations. It is emptiness, because there is no self-nature. Because of what

The nature of existence and non-existence, because of arising. Existing things, namely forms and so on, and the non-existence of those, namely the unborn, is its nature. Or, existing things are the body of a yogi, and non-existence is their feelings and so on, those are its nature, so it is said. The supreme is the ultimate truth. What is called life is living, because without it there is no life. The unchanging holy one is without beginning or end. All-pervading, because all dharmas are the nature of bodhicitta. The Buddha with wisdom, because he possesses the nature of Vairochana and so on, like the wisdom of a mirror and so on. Glorious Heruka, because the wisdom of non-duality is perfect, free from imputation on cause, nature and result. Therefore, bodhicitta arises from the nature of the continuum of cause, because of its nature, afflictions and actions arise, this is what is said, with "existence and" and so on. Existing things are the object of the term of existing things up to children, is the nature of reason, namely the body. Non-existence is subtle things, the nature of mind and mental events. From the approximate metaphor, the middle one should also be known as the true nature. Thus, body, speech and mind have been spoken of. The others are the senses. What are those, this refers to the stable ones and so on, and the moving other sentient beings. That is also said in the second examination: the inferior is the subtle thing, the superior should be said to be the existing thing, the middle one abandons both. What are called "the others" are the six senses. "What are those" are the stable and the moving. Like that. By meditating on these existing things and so on, the nature of great bliss is attained. Only bodhicitta, like in dreams and so on, appears separately in those and those forms, in the nature of bliss, those also only attain in its nature, like the coolness of water, its nature is like water waves, so it is thought. Therefore, also from bodhicitta, its nature is joy.
