The taste of that equality, the very nature of taste, is called the wheel, that is, great bliss. Because its bliss is called the wheel, it is said only in that way. Therefore it is said: Vajra Play, that is, when the feast of great bliss arises, then there is equality. It is not at other times, so it is intended. The separate petals mean that even the fifty letters arise in one vein. The letters of the writer and meditator, or the petals of the divisions of the divisions, are not fixed. Because it is said differently in some tantras and in some places for the sake of those who are to be tamed. The Supreme Empowerment means that from the beginning, without being born, by meditating on all dharmas, the Supreme Empowerment, Vajrasattva, is clearly perfected. Therefore, in order to express the nature of non-dual wisdom, the Prajnaparamita, the letter A is called the Prajnaparamita. Why? Because the letter A reveals that all dharmas are unborn. Only the unborn is the ultimate truth, the suchness of all things, its own characteristic emptiness, its own naturelessness, the Paramita, pure wisdom. In the generation stage, Vajrasattva is perfected from the immutable letter A in some places. Because it is superior to all, this is the best, and because it is the nature of the Dharmadhatu, this is also immutable, that is, the best immutable Dharmakaya. The one who reveals it, the letter A, is also the best immutable. Therefore, because it is the head of all letters, or because it pervades all letters, it is the best of all letters. Because it is the nature of what will be said. It is also said in the "True Praise of Names": "It can make all words very clear." In the fifth chapter it says: "Not all are included in speech, not many nor one." It is said that because it corresponds to the letter A, it is neither one nor not one. Because they are separate and different, they are not one. In terms of ultimate truth, it is free from the nature of one and not one. Only from the power of the Dharmakaya can the benefit of all sentient beings be fulfilled, so this.

The so-called 'great undertaking' is a great matter. As stated in the 'Vairochana Abhisambodhi Tantra.' Secret Lord, how do the Tathagatas bless with the letters written with the principles of mantra and the rituals of mantra? Secret Lord, that which the Tathagatas have accomplished over thousands of kalpas is the true speech. Secret Lord, the Bodhisattva, abiding in the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), should accomplish all activities. As it is also said in the 'Immovable Contemplation': Having made the Bodhicitta firm, the accomplishment of mantra is spoken of. Otherwise, the rituals for the accomplishment of mantra, all activities are fruitless. Summarizing all things, by contemplating the emptiness of self-nature, one will definitely attain Bodhicitta, otherwise it is merely in vain. Thus it is said. Also in the 'Holy Manjushri Real Name Sutra': O assembly of gods, those who are truly endowed with the ten doors of Dharma light will certainly recite all mantras and follow all the practices of mantra. They will quickly attain unsurpassable, perfectly complete enlightenment, and all the accomplishments of mantra will also manifest. This is because the Tathagatas are Dharmakaya, and if one makes offerings to the Dharma, one will be very close to making offerings to all the Tathagatas, Pratyekabuddhas, noble Shravakas, all Bodhisattvas, and all mantras. Not by offering material possessions, therefore, by offering the Dharma, and by offering practice, and by benefiting and bringing happiness to sentient beings, and by engaging in the benefit of sentient beings, and by not abandoning the right acceptance, and by not abandoning the practice and activities of mantra, and by acting according to what is said, and by sharpness of wisdom, and by not being weary in mind, and by not abandoning the Bodhicitta, thus one pleases the Tathagatas, up to the point of not giving with material possessions. Furthermore, the unchanging victor is Vairochana, because the body of all the Tathagatas is the nature of Vajra, therefore it is said to be unchanging.
