Chapter 39: An extensive explanation of the unique characteristics of the self-nature and the magical manifestations of the Bhagavan, who is endowed with the complete fulfillment of his own purpose. It is spoken for the purpose of understanding the nature of accomplishment and engaging in the benefit of others, beginning with the word "accomplishment." The wise person is the Sambhogakaya, the body of great bliss that is manifest only through perfect union. The one who has not passed away is the nature of the Dharmakaya, because it is the essence of Suchness. What is said is: "Son of lineage, Suchness does not come or go from anywhere. That which is Suchness is the Tathagata." By this, one should understand that, ultimately, the Dharmakaya is without action. The term "non-existent" also negates the support and the supported. Because the first birth, the final cessation, and the dwelling in the middle, these do not exist in reality for it. Because it is non-dual, that is, without elaboration, it is the nature of the wisdom of the extremely pure Dharmadhatu. The three realms of existence are the realms of desire and so forth, and it is said that they appear immeasurably in various directions, which is the nature of mirror-like wisdom. Manifestation is the mind of the Bhagavan, and just as the wisdom of the senses and so forth also completely cuts off all objects, therefore all objects are explained. As the Bhagavan said: "Everywhere are hands and feet, everywhere are eyes, head, and face, everywhere is hearing, pervading and abiding in all the world." Also, in the Sutra on Generating the Power of Faith, it says: "Manjushri, the Tathagata, with the six omniscient superknowledges, sees the death and rebirth of sentient beings, and also sees those who go to happy or unhappy realms. Similarly, the Tathagata also sees with the crown of his head, and similarly also sees with the white hair between his eyebrows. Thus, each and every mark sees. Thus, at once, in all the ten directions, he sees all the realms of the universe." The term "all all" refers to the five aggregates and so forth. Reaching there means pervading, being equal in the selflessness of phenomena.

It is said that the letter "i" has gone everywhere, and it is the nature of the wisdom of equality. To know the minds and mental events without limit is to know everything, which is the nature of the wisdom of individual examination. Being skilled in all actions is everything, which is the nature of the wisdom of accomplishing actions. Being skilled in subduing opponents is like the "ana" of subduing opponents. Therefore, everyone should pursue its meaning, which is the supreme meaning of a man. In impure minds, it abides in the nature of suchness; in pure minds, it is the nature of immaculate suchness, which means it abides in the minds of all sentient beings. This is the selflessness of dharma spoken of by equality. The Bhagavan is only pure, free from defilements. Therefore, he is liberated from the evil realms and so on. Qualities are powers and supernormal knowledge, and so on. Because of great compassion, he leads beings to good paths and liberation as appropriate, so benefiting all is benefiting all. Thus, this is the Vajra of Bodhicitta, which unites emptiness and compassion, as spoken. Peace is the nature of supreme virtue. Because it is unequal, it is unequal. Constantly arising means that the Dharmakaya is constant in nature, and enjoying great bliss means that there is no turning back, because it is constant and continuous, and the Nirmanakaya shows birth and so on in various realms, so it is constant and continuous. Thus, it is the protector of beings, the master. The protector is the one who protects from evil realms and wrong paths. Even so, all conceptualizations along with their habitual tendencies have been abandoned. Shape refers to the differences in the arrangement of hands, feet, etc., such as length. Color refers to yellow, etc., and being free from them is the ultimate truth. Therefore, it is not an object of the eye. Even so, it is a king because it makes things clear by doing good, meaning that it has shapes and so on in the conventional sense. It cannot be divided like a vajra.
