Completely abandoning harming and so on, and wholeheartedly doing what is beneficial, one will become altruistic. All of this is said to be a lion's play, suppressing like a lion, and also punishing in other places and other villages, etc., those who freely approach places, playing here without hesitation. Blocking the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth with the fingers is the mudra of the lion's play, with which one binds the wind above and below, and practices yoga as it is said, some say. Just meditating like that, etc., in order to accomplish the golden path that one desires in the heart, one approaches it. Then, after the transference of consciousness, transforming into a body with the self-nature of the mind of the wisdom body, in order to destroy the darkness of oneself and others, like a lamp, with the objects of the mind of the nature of the appearance of suchness, playing without hesitation like a lion, doing the work of benefiting oneself and others. However, all of this is a good explanation. Although such parts are not in other views either, however, combined with the habit of suchness, only from suchness, in order to accomplish all desires, why should one speak of the method of transference of consciousness? Saying, listening, etc., refers to those of the Hearer, etc., lineages who do not have particularly firm faith in suchness in one lifetime. Accumulating merit for a very long time, awakening the great lineage, not being defiled by the impurity of doubt and reversal, being as clear as crystal, being able to hold all kinds of images, it is also said. Having understood, one should abandon it for the benefit of others. With the mind of the nature of light, one should also focus only on the yoga of emptiness and compassion being inseparable. Here, first in one's own heart, one properly offers the wisdom dakini invited by the rays of light of the red Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable located on the moon, until emptiness, for the offering, the self-nature wisdom dakini bodhisattva born from various lotuses and the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable on the moon.

Sitting in the lotus posture, the root of being white and blooming, black when wrathful, and red when seductive, with three faces on the right and the other side, three eyes, six arms. The right hands hold a vajra raised high, an arrow, and an iron hook. The left hands hold a lasso with a threatening gesture at the heart, a wish-fulfilling vine, and a bow with an arrow placed on top. The hair is tied in a knot, well-adorned, with various precious jewels and garments as ornaments. From the crown, emanate tathagatas and others, gazing at them filling the expanse of the sky. Above, in the circle, is KSHUM Below that is HUM In the hole between the eyebrows is HUM Above that is HAM At the root of the tongue is SUM In the throat's hole is SMRYUM SMRYUM). In the eyes is HUM In the ears is YUM In the nostrils is YUM In the circle of the navel is KSHMRYUM KSHMRYUM). At the place of drinking is KSHMRYUM KSHMRYUM). At the place of excretion is KSHMRYUM KSHMRYUM). At these nine gates, these seed syllables are all white. Meditate that they are uninterruptedly illuminated by dense rays of light, with the head residing inside. For the sake of armor, at the shoulders is HMRYUM HMRYUM), and at the heart is YMRYUM YMRYUM); these other two seed syllables are just like that. After that, at the heart, in the center of the downward-facing lotus, is the mandala of the downward-pointing life-force wind. In its center is the nature of consciousness, HUM At the upper end is YUM In the center of YUM (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:yuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:yum,字面意思:YUM) is HAM (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:haṃ,梵文罗马拟音:ham,字面意思:HAM). At the lower end is YUM Above YUM (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:yuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:yum,字面意思:YUM) is KA. The syllable HUM (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hum,字面意思:HUM) and the others are head-down. Meditate on the syllable YUM (藏文:ཡུཾ,梵文天城体:yuṃ,梵文罗马拟音:yum,字面意思:YUM) and the others as blue. In particular, sit in the lotus posture, straighten all limbs, and fix the eyes on the tip of the nose. Draw in the pervasive wind that has gone throughout the entire body and fill the belly; this is called filling. Because one sees the result of pacifying poison, demons, and plagues, it is entering intensely. Just with the navel, make it like a vase where water does not spill out of the vase. By this, the nine gates will become stiff. After that, slowly, also make it into a sphere only at the center of the secret lotus, and meditate on being separate from arising and entering. This is called the ultimate of extreme pacification, thereby controlling the wind. Therefore, fan vigorously with the palms, making the fire blaze greatly. As it is said, the tummo that is as desired is also
