It is the characteristic of self-nature. Absence of delusion is the nature of wisdom, which is the opposite of ignorance, and is the correct view. Actions of body and speech are virtuous because they are initiated by non-attachment, etc. Conversely, desire, hatred, and delusion are non-virtuous, and are also the roots of non-virtue. All actions of body, speech, and mind initiated by them are also non-virtuous. All afflictions and near afflictions are non-virtuous, that is, all afflictions and near afflictions that operate in the form realm and formless realm, and the view of the perishable collection and the view of clinging to extremes in the desire realm, and the delusion that is associated with them, are indeterminate. The phrase "as long as" is to eliminate any other view. Therefore, in order to realize the suchness that is free from all superimpositions, it is the correct view. "Conceptualizations" refers to the superimpositions on friends and adversaries. "Non-conceptualizing" means not generating. The aggregate of discipline is the training in higher discipline. The aggregate of concentration is the training in higher mind. The aggregate of wisdom is the training in higher wisdom. The aggregate of liberation is the path of no more learning. The aggregate of the vision of liberating knowledge is the correct view of no more learning. Speech means deceiving, causing oneself to suffer, because it is the afflicted mind, so it is in this life and in the next. Oneself is afflicted, that is, from the afflicted mind. Speaking divisive words and discordant words to others, or revealing secrets and proclaiming faults. Laughing at oneself for speaking idle words, because it is the afflicted mind, so speaking of desire, unlawful things, meaningless things, things full of village atmosphere, childish speech, clamor, lamentation, songs, things to be attached to, talks of dance and so on, and evil treatises, these one does not know oneself, so the noble ones will say, "One is also laughing at oneself." Therefore, it is the fault of speech.

Being free from the four kinds of conduct, equipoise, that is, the non-dual wisdom unperturbed by unreal discriminations, and the speech that corresponds to it. This is the true arising of this. It causes entry, that is, others and oneself. By uttering some words, one understands what is to be expressed. Black is non-virtue, that is, killing and so on, which is the ripening of suffering, limited to the desire realm alone. Because there is no other action that experiences suffering. White is virtue, that is, giving and so on. It is also with outflows and without outflows. That which is with outflows is in the desire realm and up to the third dhyana, it is the ripening of happiness. From the fourth dhyana up to the peak of existence, it is the ripening of neither happiness nor suffering, because virtue is said to be the ripening of desire. That which is without outflows is the ripening of realization that transcends the world. What is called white is what appears as white, just as ignorant sinners, with a mind of merit, honor their parents and the elderly. Similarly, others such as barbarians, due to ignorance, with the intention of desiring virtue, actions such as killing appear as white, so it is said to be intentional white, but in reality it is only black. Therefore, the ripening of this is black, that is, suffering. What is called black is manifest conduct and so on, which appears as black to those whose minds are not tamed, so this is self-righteous black. Because of the universal conduct of the Bodhisattva who possesses compassion, it is only white. Therefore, the ripening is not only white, but also becomes more excellent for the sake of exhausting sins. Thus, it will also be distinguished in this way. In this way, one follows the actions of the noble ones, because one accomplishes the precepts of restraint, the precepts of accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the precepts of benefiting sentient beings. Truth is non-deceptive, it is the end of actions, that is, ultimate. What is called "who" refers to which superior one.
