The combination made for the purpose of perfectly accomplishing the mandala of all Tathagatas, etc., is the accomplishment. By this, the activities of pacifying, etc., will become extremely clear. Whichever one, that is, Vairochana Buddha, etc., is placed in the position of the main deity of the mandala, that is his mandala. It should be called Vairochana Buddha arising as Vajra, etc. Because Vairochana Buddha, etc., appear here as the main deity, and similarly, Vajra is because it is immovable. When other mandala deities other than the Tathagata family become the main deity of the central wheel, the Tathagata of the center is the position of his main deity, and his main deity is on his crown. Although usually only Vajrasattva is placed as the supreme main deity, but if asked what others should do, it will be said pacifying, etc. Those with the wheel and those with wisdom, that is, the deities of vows and wisdom, only those who are truly cultivated, in order to achieve the desired accomplishment, Vairochana Buddha, etc., must combine them as these deities. The so-called those who must combine are those who perform the activities of pacifying, etc., which is an affirmation of other deities. For beings of superior faculties, only the Vajrasattva deity can perfectly accomplish all the activities of pacifying, etc. Therefore, and considering this, in the Ornament of Clear Realization it says: Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, wrathful deities and lineage mothers, those with light and Cunda, Prajnaparamita, etc. By meditating as desired, observe with the center as the main deity. Whatever thing that can make people's minds completely engaged, it can change its own nature, like a jewel with various images. Or, Vajrasattva is the basis of beings with various images, is the omniscient one, is the author of all actions, is the great bliss that pervades everything. In this way, two ways are spoken. Among them, for the activities of subjugation, etc., it is mostly achieved by highlighting the excellent power, therefore it is said to meditate on Tara as the main deity. The so-called "should be meditated" etc., means in the center of བྷ་ག(བྷ་ག,bhaga,Bhaga,Bhaga)

ū is a multi-storied house located in the center of the dharmodayas. Necklaces and the like are made of human bones. The various ornaments are garlands of wet heads, etc. The lord of the three realms is Īśvara, by him (it is controlled). Because they (the bones, heads, etc.) are frightened. Even Brahmā, who emits terrifying sounds from all directions, is also like that. To whomever one joins their palms, that is what is said. This explains the suppression of the four māras by joining palms. There is nothing superior to it, nothing is particularly transcendent, that is the unsurpassed. Completely valuing is because of having a charming posture. Even more valuing is because of being dedicated to making the cruel ones afraid. Precisely because of that, it is terrifying. The upper face refers to the second face above the first face, even if it is in the form of a donkey, it is a pleasing form. The trident is on the right side. The name of this Tārā is called Heruka. This Bhagavatī should be visualized as the deity of sixteen-armed Heruka, and the visualization of the difference of the mandala deity is also the same. This is called Prasena Tārā in this tantra. Furthermore, this one can also be practiced alone. At that time, visualize the lotus and moon in one's heart, and the seed syllable ཏཱཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ता, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Dang) emitting light, inviting and offering it properly in front. Meditate until reaching equanimity. Then recite: ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱ་ཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari: oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, emptiness-wisdom-vajra-nature-self-am-I) Following emptiness, visualize in the dharmodaya, on various lotuses and moons, the lotus born from the syllable ཏཱཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ता, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Dang), and the one completely transformed into ཏཱཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ता, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Dang), trampling the four māras with her feet. The left hand suppresses Īśvara, the right hand suppresses Upendra, and between the two feet are the fierce one and Brahmā. The wisdom deity invited by the light of the seed syllable in the heart merges, becoming one, and should be contemplated for a very long time as the nature of supreme compassion and wisdom. After that, recite the mantra of the initial Tārā, thereby fulfilling desires. Such a sequence should also be understood later. The distinctions of seed syllables, etc., will be explained later. The smoke is slightly reddish black.
