After writing with a pen, offer a human flesh torma on the tenth or fourteenth day, wearing blue clothes and facing the direction of Yama. Visualize the person to be killed in the center of two conjoined skulls, recite the mantra with copulatory words, and repeatedly strike with the vajra held in the right hand to destroy them. Similarly, write on the skulls of buffalo and horses, visualize the person to be killed riding on horses and buffaloes attacking each other, and recite the mantra to make them hate each other. For pacifying and other activities, write two forms on wheels, crossed vajras, etc., combine them, wrap them with corresponding threads, place them on food, etc., offer and recite, and you will accomplish what you desire. Here, merely by arranging this wheel in this way, you can accomplish subjugation, binding, bewilderment, downfall, fainting, separation, hatred, expulsion, pacification, increase, control, rigidity, and attraction. Other arrangements have been explained in other methods of taming. Here, this is the yoga that transcends the three realms. In order for beings to attain the state of Vajradhara and eliminate obstacles, one should think in this way. After briefly meditating on emptiness, on various lotuses and suns, visualize a yellow wheel born from བྷྲཱུཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), rotating counterclockwise, with ten spokes, in the center of which visualize oneself as the vajra Hum, completely transformed into the syllable ཧཱུཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable). The color and hand gestures of this wheel, etc., have been explained in detail in the realization of Vajrasattva. The wrathful deities summoned by the light rays of the seed syllable in its heart emerge from the lotus of wisdom. Among them, on the eastern spoke is a blue vajra stake, the root and the right and the other faces are blue, yellow, and green respectively. In the right hands are a vajra hammer and a vajra raised in a threatening gesture, and in the left hands are a skull cup and a khatvanga. In the north is the fire of the sun, yellow, the faces are yellow, blue, and green respectively, holding a vajra stake. The other implements are the same as before, and so are the ones after.
