Crossing the fearsome ocean of existence. Thus it is said. Also, in Entering the Bodhisattva's Way of Life: Even if extremely unbearable sins are committed, Relying on courage like a great fear, Upon whom, relying, one is liberated in an instant, Why do ignorant beings not rely? Thus it is said. The attainment is Bodhi, Because it is the supreme means for the perfection of others' benefit. Avadhūti, which is practicing by definitely abandoning all discriminations. Therefore, it is said, such as "Thus," etc., to be good for overcoming sins. Because of making discriminations such as caste objects and non-objects into the path, it is inconceivable. Because it is the basis of one's own and others' perfections, it abides. Because it is not the object of practice of the Hearers and others, it is extremely secret. The vows will be extensively explained. Now, having doubted that it is difficult to accomplish such a continuous yoga, the order of practice is briefly shown, such as "first." Similar arising is the same cause. The result of the same cause of hearing and thinking, etc., is meditation, and it will always abide in its own nature. Thus, also, due to the difference of place and time, in the states of yoga of equipoise and non-equipoise, from the difference of habituation, for the meaning of the continuous arising of yoga, it is said in the second chapter: At the time of first habituation, The place should be well examined, In whatever place the mantra practitioner's mind, One-pointedly holding equipoise will be accomplished. In my own home, at night, I am accomplished, thus the mind, Should meditate, thus it is said. From this, in both states, also for the sake of continuous meditation being stable. By the slackening of meditation, from the collection of definite places, etc., the order that will be explained, such as "one's own intention," etc., should abide like a child. Also, in this, one becomes a person who can be tamed into the form desired by one who is extremely diligent in yoga. Briefly explaining the supreme conduct, extensively explaining the accomplishment.
