It is a bone skull cup. The vajra hook is purified by the bonds of true wisdom and the purification of the bonds of all vows. The head of Brahma is purified by liberation from non-proliferation. The head of Ishvara is purified by liberation from non-dependence on others. The head of Vishnu is purified by liberation from the false view of falsely clinging to one Brahma in other objects, times, and bodies. The heads of the four maras are purified by the transformation of the four maras into other states. The tiger skin is purified by desire and so on. The rohita fish is purified by stinginess. The pig is purified by ignorance. The turtle is purified by jealousy. The snake is purified by hatred. The yogi's vessel is purified by desire. The monk is purified by the mind of enlightenment. The bell is purified by loss of mindfulness. The plow is purified by breaking all obstacles. The threatening mudra is purified by the sins arising from the distinction of all dharmas as equality. Elephant, horse, donkey, cow and mule, as well as human, sharabha and beast, are purified by lung and breathing discomfort, madness, consumption, leprosy and sores, life-taking and tumors, and the lungs of beings are removed. All the accomplishments of Ishvara are purified by earth, water, wind, fire, moon, sun, Yama and Kubera. The sword is purified by cutting off all evil heresies. The pestle is purified by striking all evil and heresy. The banner is purified by urging all pretas and so on. The staff is purified by striking all unfavorable sides. The iron hook is purified by summoning the meaning of manifest desire. The vajra hammer is purified by striking all demons. The arrow is purified by subduing all the retinues of demons. The bow is purified by intimidating all the wicked. The shakti is purified by killing all those who follow the demons. The utpala (Tibetan: ཨུཏྤལ，Sanskrit Devanagari: उत्पल, Sanskrit Romanization: utpala, Chinese literal meaning: blue lotus) is purified by the perfection of the good characteristics of the eye that sees beings. The naga golden flower is purified by the wonderful fragrance of the co-emergent body that captivates the minds of beings. All musical instruments, such as flutes, are purified by making all beings happy. Thus, these pure aspects, such as the vajra top, are yoga of glorious first and vajra top and so on.

Generate devotion to the yoga of non-sameness, which regards the aggregates and so on as the nature of the deity. In the yoga of sameness, generate devotion only to the deities as the nature of their purity. Thus, the accomplishment of constantly generating special devotion will only happen to the yogi who has that one ultimate reality, but not to the one who only contemplates the image of the deity. Because for those who lack the realization of that one suchness, no accomplishment can ever exist. That one suchness is also the oneness of emptiness and compassion.
