Merely suchness itself is not completely pure. Because suchness exists at all times and in all places, everything should be pure at all times and in all places. Having thus spoken in common, it is specially stated, "From the outside" and so on. Again, the nature of the difference is stated, because in terms of the very nature of the deities, complete purity is related to the deities, so it is said "of the deities," that is, the purity of suchness, the nature of the purity of hatred and so on, is the lord of the mandala wheel, in order to make the Blessed One manifest the benefit of beings. What should be completely purified? It is the aggregates, elements, and sources. If it is said that what is impure cannot be purified because its nature is impure; and what is pure does not need to be purified because it is pure in itself, then striving for purity is meaningless, is it? The answer is, "By nature" and so on. The obscuration that hinders the arising of wisdom in the sphere of knowable reality is not the obscuration of afflictions, but ignorance, which is the obscuration of the knowable. By gradually abandoning these obscurations separately, the ten bhumis of the Bodhisattva are gradually attained. Afflictions are desire and so on, which are the obscurations of afflictions. Why? Because it is an obstacle to attaining liberation, like a door bolt for entering a house. How does it become an obstacle? Because if it exists, liberation will not arise. Being obscured by these, it is called defiled, like gold, after removing the sudden defilements, those covered with impurities need to be purified. Complete purity itself is extensively shown, that is, "Self" and so on. Having the same taste as emptiness, it is the self-awareness of conventionality, the nature of great bliss, it is complete purity. The so-called "not by other purity," without this kind of complete purity of suchness, one cannot be liberated by other purity. If it is said that objects are not completely pure because they are not self-aware, is it? The answer is, "Objects" and so on, because these are pure. What can be known by oneself is supreme bliss. Of these

It means that great bliss is only self-awareness. To accomplish this, it is said, "Form," and so on. "Because of pure nature" means that these are all of a pure nature. "Yogi" refers to the yogi. Those things that appear separately and have autonomy are not so; it means that only the wisdom of the yogi appears in this way. If it transforms in this way, then how can they be of a pure nature? It is said, "Why? Because they are the true body of various Buddhas." Because the pure yogi, only the Buddha truly exists in various forms. It can be said that because it is necessarily born from the wisdom of the yogi, the things that appear separately, such as form, can only be said to be its nature, and not something else. Therefore, when the self-awareness of the yogi is so pure, the objects also become pure as the essence of self-awareness. When the practitioner realizes that all beings have Buddha-nature, because they do not see impurity, they ask with "Alas," and so on. Attachment to the apprehended and the apprehender has already been shown to be the main part of the obscuration of ignorance, because without it, there is also no obscuration of afflictions. Therefore, it should be said that with the nature of the apprehended and the apprehender, form and so on are all impure. As for "For what reason," and so on. If it is not wanting to purify afflictions, is it not? Indeed. Then how does it become an obstacle? Only from the entity of the apprehended and the apprehender. Then it will become an obstacle? No, because they also only transform together with it, so they become obstacles. Because love and so on, the things that should be obscured, do not transform for the sake of obscuring, while desire and so on are the only transformations. The desire and so on of the yogi become a means, because of the difference of complete understanding, or because of the difference of means, without being partially obscured; otherwise, these are all only obstacles. Then ignorance

It will not be purified, because it is the nature of the fundamental obscuration. If it is thought that the purification of ignorance is also Vairochana, that is correct, because the mind of the nature of ignorance is purified. Because its own nature does not exist. If that is the case, its own nature will not change by being purified, that is correct. What is the purification of that which is not real, the adventitious defilement? It is like the horns of a rabbit. When everything is thus purified, complete purification will accomplish the nature of the mandala's wheel. If it is purified because of the existence of the object of grasping and the grasper, then at that time one should not rely on forms and so on. It is said: What should be relied upon are those that are worthy of reliance. Without the five desirable qualities, emptiness would only become tasteless. If it becomes emptiness in that way, it is not so, because the poison of the object of grasping and the grasper has been dispelled. "By purification, it is made non-toxic." That purification itself is extremely unreal, because it is vehemently proclaimed in dependence on the generation stage, namely form and so on. Vajra Sun is Ratnasambhava. Padma Garwang is Amitabha. Vajra King is Amoghasiddhi. Vajrasattva here is the nature of the wisdom of the extremely pure Dharmadhatu. The nature of all, meaning that the nature of all forms and so on is this, therefore the nature of forms and so on itself is Heruka, that is, the meaning of immovable. Ignorance Vajra is because it destroys ignorance, so it is Ksitigarbha, the similar cause of Vairochana. Wrath Vajra is because of wrath towards wrath, so it is Vajrapani, the similar cause of Akshobhya. Jealousy Vajra is because it completely destroys jealousy, so it is Akashagarbha, the similar cause of Ratnasambhava. Desire Vajra is because it destroys all desire, so it is Lokeshvara, the similar cause of Amitabha. The mouth is the main tongue, it makes contact, so the sense of touch is the body. Stinginess
