ལྟར་རིག་མ་ཡང་སྟེ་ལུས་ཀྱང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཞེས་པ་ས་བོན་དེ་ཁོ་ནས་སོ་ཞེས་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཕྲོས་པས་ཆོག་གོ །འདི་ལྟར་མན་ངག་ཇི་ལྟ་བར་བསྒོམ་པའི་རིམ་པ་ནི་འདིའོ། །སྔ་བར་སྒོམ་པ་དང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པའི་གནས་སུ་སྟན་བདེ་བ་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་བདེ་བར་འདུག་པས། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་པས་གནས་དང་བདག་དང་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྲུང་བ་བྱས་ནས། དམ་ཚིག་བསྟེན་པ་སྔོན་མ་ཅན་གྱིས་གཏོར་མ་བྱིན་ཏེ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་བར་གྱུར་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་མ་ལུས་པ་ལ་བལྟས་ནས་སྙིང་རྗེ་བར་གྱུར་བཞིན་པས། ཡུད་ཀྱིས་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་མོས་པ་ལས་འཆད་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་ཕྱག་མཚན་དང་སྐུ་མདོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤེས་རབ་དང་བཅས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔར་བདག་ཉིད་ལྷག་པར་མོས་ནས། རང་གི་སྙིང་གར་ཨཾ་ཡིག་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཟླ་བ་ལ་གནས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་མངོན་པར་གསལ་བའི་ངོ་བོ། །དབུས་སུ་སྔོན་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དང་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་དཀར་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དངུལ་ཆུ་འདྲ་བའི་མདོག་ཅན་གྱི་ཧཱུཾ་ཡིག་འོད་ཟེར་ལྔ་འཕྲོ་བ་ཡང་དག་པར་བལྟས་ཏེ། དེའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལུས་མཐའ་དག་སྣང་བར་བྱས་ནས་ཕྱིར་འཕྲོས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བའི་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པ་འོག་མིན་གྱི་མཐར་ཐུག་པ་བདག་ཉིད་དང་ཉེ་བར་མདུན་གྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་མར་མེ་ལེན་པའི་རིགས་པས་བཀུག་ནས། ཧཱུཾ་ཡིག་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་ཞུགས་པའི་རྗེས་ཐོགས་སུ་ཅིག་ཅར་སྤྲོས་པའི་ལྷ་མོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་པོ་རྣམས་ ཀྱིས་མཆོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་གླིང་བུ་མ་དང་པི་ཝང་མ་དང་རྔ་ཟླུམ་མ་དང་རྫ་རྔ་མ་དང་བཞད་མ་དང་སྒེག་མོ་དང་གླུ་མ་དང་གར་མ་དང་མེ་ཏོག་མ་དང་བདུག་པ་མ་དང་མར་མེ་མ་དང་དྲི་ཆབ་མ་དང༌། མེ་ལོང་མ་དང་རེག་བྱ་མ་རྣམས་ཕྱིའི་མཆོད་པ་སྟེ། རེག་བྱ་མས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའི་གོས་འབུལ་བའོ། །རོ་མས་གསང་བའི་མཆོད་པས་སོ། །ཆོས་མས་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པ་སྟེ། རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙེམས་མ་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་ཞུགས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འཁྱུད་དེ་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཆགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཞིང༌། བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་བདག་གིས་འཆགས་ཤིང་སླར་ཡང་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་འཕགས་པ་དང་སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བསོད་ནམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ༌། །བདག་ཉིད་དང་འགྲོ་བའི་དགེ་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས

如是了知亦无身，身亦是法印，此乃种子，如是极增盛，足矣。如是依随口诀而修之次第乃是此也。于先前修习与随后相合之处，于安乐之座，随所安乐而安住。以嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）三字，守护处所、自身与瑜伽。以具足先前誓言者，布施食子，观视所有沦为痛苦之众生，心怀慈悲。顷刻间于空性中生起信解，从空性中，自身观想为具有所宣说之手印、身色等，并具智慧之金刚萨埵。于自心间，从昂（藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：昂）字所生之月轮上，安住菩提心，其体性显而明了。中央为蓝色，外围为白色，具有如水银般色泽之吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，放射五色光芒，如是如实观想。彼之光芒照耀身体一切处，复又向外放射，以其光芒迎请，世尊金刚萨埵与坛城诸尊，直至色究竟天，如取灯火般迎请至自身附近之前方虚空中。于吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字融入光芒之后，十六供养天女同时展现，以彼等作供养。即笛女、琵琶女、圆鼓女、陶鼓女、欢笑女、娇媚女、歌女、舞女、花女、香女、灯女、香水女，镜女与触女乃是外供养。触女献上各种衣物。味女献上秘密供养。法女献上真实性供养，融入金刚慢母，与世尊相拥，于大乐中沉溺。其后，顶礼膜拜，我于自身之罪业，皆发露忏悔，且永不再造。于诸佛、菩萨、圣者与凡夫之所有功德，皆随喜赞叹。我与众生之善根，为证得无上圆满正等觉，悉皆回向。直至菩提果

As such, understanding that there is also no body, the body is also a Dharma seal, this is the seed, as such it is extremely prosperous, enough. Thus, the order of meditating according to the instructions is this. In a place suitable for prior meditation and subsequent harmony, sit comfortably on a comfortable seat. With the syllables Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), protect the place, oneself, and the yoga. With those who have prior vows, give the torma, and with compassion, look upon all beings who have become suffering. In an instant, generate faith in emptiness, and from emptiness, visualize oneself as Vajrasattva, possessing the hand gestures, body color, and so on, that will be explained, and endowed with wisdom. In one's own heart, on the moon disc born from the syllable Am (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：昂), resides the mind of enlightenment, its essence clear and manifest. In the center is blue, and on the outside is white, the syllable Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) with a color like mercury, radiating five-colored light, and accurately visualize it. All the collections of its rays illuminate the entire body, and those that radiate outwards invite the Blessed One Vajrasattva and the deities of the mandala, all the way to the ultimate Ogmin, close to oneself in the sky in front, like taking a lamp. After the rays enter the syllable Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), the sixteen offering goddesses appear simultaneously, and offerings are made with them. These are the Flute Goddess, the Lute Goddess, the Round Drum Goddess, the Clay Drum Goddess, the Laughing Goddess, the Charming Goddess, the Singing Goddess, the Dancing Goddess, the Flower Goddess, the Incense Goddess, the Lamp Goddess, the Perfume Goddess, the Mirror Goddess, and the Touch Goddess, which are the outer offerings. The Touch Goddess offers various clothes. The Taste Goddess offers the secret offering. The Dharma Goddess offers the suchness offering, entering into Vajra Pride, embracing the Blessed One, and indulging in great bliss. After that, prostrate and confess, I confess my own sins and will never do them again. I rejoice in all the merits of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Noble Ones, and ordinary beings. I dedicate all the virtues of myself and beings for the sake of attaining the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Until enlightenment,
