One should meditate in this way. Also, at the time of such arising, one should focus on the aspect of a moment. Therefore, when possessing wisdom, in order to possess the wisdom of one's own mind, one should meditate on the seed syllable TĀṂ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanized: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: When) of Tara. Moreover, the so-called arising from the moon of the mind is the meditation on the accomplished goddess Tara. Similarly, the so-called possessing a charming posture is possessing the means of Heruka. The remaining parts are easy to understand. However, the so-called consort of Heruka means that the Holy Mother Tara, within the Avadhuti (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanized: , Literal Chinese meaning: ), speaks of purity for the sake of the purity of Heruka. Here, it is said that because the mandala of Avadhuti moves, it obstructs one's own time. What is that? Obstructing one's own moment is also preventing the eight faces and preventing the eight times. Similarly, the three eyes become twenty-four eyes, thus preventing the twenty-four realms. The so-called sixteen arms are preventing the sixteen transformations. The so-called smile is for gathering all the senses. The so-called entirely red is that all colors are subdued by the attachment of compassion. Also, in order to take possession, one stops conceptual thoughts. The so-called youthful means that in order to be twelve years old, one also prevents the twelve hands. The so-called various colors means that one wears the robes of the Buddha, which have been transformed into various colors. The so-called necklace means that one abides in the place of non-dual liberation. The so-called anklets mean that the method of abandoning the bonds attached to the feet will be abandoned. The so-called throat ornament means that one wears a string of jewels around the neck, binding the necks of all enemies' lineages. The so-called earrings mean that one wears earrings on both ears, and a stream of nectar drips from the central channel. The so-called armlets mean that one wears them on both arms, controlling them in order to prevent ego. The so-called belt means that one fastens the belt, preventing what should be done and what should not be done. The so-called thread means that with the thread of Brahma, all the collections of karma pervade the Avadhuti. The word "etc." generally includes the adornment with the wheel of a universal monarch, which is also for the sake of teaching the Dharma to all sentient beings in the three realms. It is characterized by preventing the inability to teach them the Dharma.

The so-called "ornament" refers to the nature of various kinds of bliss, the Bodhicitta being free from habitual tendencies, therefore it is the meaning held by consciousness. The so-called "Utpala" refers to the mind adorned with extremely diligent effort. The so-called "Jivaka flower" refers to the red Bandhuka flower being bound, for the sake of the complete enjoyment body being diligent with compassion. The so-called "right extension" means abandoning this samadhi, and at all times being a consciousness enjoyer. The so-called "thirty-three" refers to the cessation of the body, speech, and mind of the lords of the thirty-three heavens and other deities. The so-called "falling" refers to the indestructible intention free from arrogance, constantly abiding therein. Furthermore, being frightened by the illusions of others, and their falsehood, not joining the palms, can prevent existence and nirvana. The so-called "red rays blazing" refers to what arises in the past, future, and present, which is the light of compassion itself. The so-called "splendor" refers to the language of great compassion itself. Therefore, blazing refers to the mind of joy itself, for the sake of non-duality. Thus, with inconceivable manifestations, expounding inconceivable dharmas, etc., as it is said. Regarding the so-called "sentient being" etc., the so-called "mother of birth" refers to samadhi, namely Tara, the mother of all Buddhas. The so-called "sentient being" refers to the support of Vajrasattva. Thus, the so-called "pleasing" refers to beauty, emptiness, and compassion. The so-called "meditation" refers to the meaning of manifestation. Thus, regarding the so-called "first" etc., the purity of the hand gestures of the sixteen mudras is explained as follows: The sword cuts the intestines, the sword is like a clear mirror, although seen, it does not abide, the sword cuts all actions. Here are two Utpalas, with diligence from the ocean of mind, the characteristic of its awakening, crossing over the ocean of samsara. The arrow can repel all demons, piercing the inconceivable with weapons, the yogini is like an arrow, constantly coming into the hole. The aggregates of vajra should be killed, because of its union with the vajra of mind, it can seal everything, the two vajras perform non-dual actions, the iron hook can.
