Similarly, concerning killing, the wheel of Yama is spoken of. Here, the translation of "killing" etc. is not mentioned. Similarly, it should be known that the fruits of pacification etc. exist. Just as fruit is grown from causes, so it should be understood here. The wheel of Yama should be made in three layers. In it, the inner layer has eight squares. Outside of that are twelve spokes. From those seventeen squares, seventeen letters beginning with ya are placed. In the four places of the inner wheel, east etc., four letters are placed, namely ཀྵེ་མ་མེ་དའོ. Next to that is ཡའོ. In the four corners, mantras related to the task to be accomplished are placed, such as ཧྲཱིཿ་ཥྚྀཿ etc. Outside of that, on the twelve spokes, starting from the east, the twelve letters ཡཙྩ་ནི་རཱ་ཙ་ས་དོ་རུ་ཎ་ཡོ་ནི་ར་ are placed clockwise. Outside of that, sixteen squares should be made. In those squares, starting from the east, one letter each should be written, such as In the remaining eight squares, the name of the task to be accomplished and the related mantra should be written. Outside of that, writing the letters of the mantra backwards is the oral instruction. In this way, two wheels should be made, one written clockwise, and the second written counterclockwise, which is the same in all cases. The remaining part should be understood through the excellence previously spoken of. Furthermore, for the tasks of pacification etc., what is said about the ya at the end of pacification etc. is easy to understand. Nineteenth (chapter). །། Similarly, it is said that empowerment is done with the yoga of Kurukulle. Regarding "woman" etc., this "again" is to be meditated upon like the Tara previously spoken of. However, the yogi should do it with the pride of Kurukulle. The remaining part is the same as before. Twentieth (chapter). །། Now the yoga of raising what is due is spoken of. Regarding "from then on" etc., "of the eyes" refers to the space between the eyebrows. The remaining part is easy to understand. Twenty-first (chapter). །། Similarly, it is said that the sun and moon are to be seized. Regarding "from then on" etc., all the descriptions of external actions are easy to understand. However, internally, it is to prevent life and the downward flow, semen.

One should seize the wind and dust. Then, one should direct the gaze outward. This is certain. Twenty-second (chapter). Similarly, regarding "seizing the semen of others," etc., the internal enemies are the fifty letters. By severing their heads, this will be accomplished. "Stone vein" refers to the bodhicitta within the Avadhūti. "After that" means causing it to dissolve therein. "Five nectars" means causing excrement, etc., to dissolve therein. "Kuthar Tsindza" refers to the empty cavity of the Avadhūti. "Mixing with that" refers to the 'Rilu' which has become a precious unity. Similarly, "general casting of pills" refers to the virile power filled with nectar. Its place of origin is the downward-looking head or the orifice. "If one circles around that" means it will not drip. Therefore, the unpronounceable letter is called that. Similarly, in the outer realm, everything should be done with the same view, this is certain. Twenty-third (chapter). Similarly, the practice of bindu is taught for those who wish to purify the deities. Regarding "deity," etc., "Vajra binding" is the very instruction previously taught. It is also taught in the extensive explanation of the first concept. Similarly, it should also be shown from the twelfth concept. Similarly, "vajra flower" refers to the flower of enlightenment, the ultimate female emission. Therefore, the practitioner also "mixes with Kuthar Tsindza," which refers to human seed. "The sun being seized by Rahu" refers to the power of Rahu entering at the time of gathering. "Immovable One and Axe" means that because it is undisturbed, it is the Immovable One, meaning the samadhi of immovability. "Axe" refers to the alaya-vijnana, which, like a sharp blade, cuts through all discriminations. "Stepping on with the foot" means that the term 'foot' refers to the remainder of the four joys, the grasping of joy that arises simultaneously. Stepping on it is the axe of emptiness. Therefore, "reciting the mantra" refers to the letters of time, such as Om Therefore, it refers to the time of recitation, this is certain. "Bindu" refers to entering emptiness through this union. What

What is called "prostration" means that whatever things arise, all of them enter into Suchness, and therefore they all perish. Moreover, the gods are pure, and therefore it is intended to rely on them. Twenty-fourth. Now, the ritual for causing rain to fall from the clouds is explained. Starting with "Then," etc. "According to the ritual" means that it should be done with earth from a cemetery, charcoal, poison, and the time of birth, etc. "Drawing the mandala" refers to the Hevajra mandala previously mentioned. Starting from the lord, the mandala is also drawn. Similarly, drawing the form of Hevajra who subdues limitlessly should be meditated upon according to the order of the sadhana. "Arjaka" refers to panasa. The rest is easy to understand. Twenty-fifth. Similarly, the ritual for directing the clouds is explained in order to stop great winds and rain. Starting with "If you want to dispel the clouds," etc., it is easy to understand. Twenty-sixth. Thus, the sadhana of twenty-seven assemblies of activities has been explained. The remaining six were indicated by the names of the deities in the context of the thirty-two wheels previously mentioned. Therefore, they are not mentioned here. Thus, becoming thirty-two means that it will become concise. The meanings of various extensive scriptures will be obtained from the mouth of the guru. From the treatise called "The Manifestation of Remembrance of True View," a vast commentary on the miscellaneous re-explanations at the end of the three meanings briefly stated in the seventh chapter of the King of Tantras, the Hevajra Root Tantra, the fourth chapter is taught, which includes the arising of all meditations. Seventh Chapter.
