Think of that (deity). In its navel, on the Ali Kali, think of the letter "HAM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) or combined with the ten-syllable mantra "HRIIH" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). From that complete transformation, in an instant, one should think of oneself as the form of Tara. Likewise, "three faces," etc., likewise, the three-faced, ten-armed, two-legged goddess who subdues Maheshvara and Vishnu should be made. The rest is easy to understand. Within, by self-blessing the boundary of the thirty-two channels, it is called the realm of solid space. "In its center" means by the union of transferring the two channels. "Three faces" means joy, gathering, and abiding. Likewise, in the order of absorption, enjoyment, and empowerment. Among them, abandoning one channel is absorption. Entering one channel is enjoyment. Acting in the boundary of both is empowerment. Likewise, "three eyes" means three faces with nine eyes. Here, the nine substances taken from the inner essence previously mentioned, for the sake of entering from the six times such as early winter, hold the nine channels in the Avadhuti. Likewise, "all ornaments" means that having done so, in order to constantly practice adorning the youthful and perfect youth of the yogi with the names of the Buddhas, it is the meaning of being adorned with all ornaments. Among them, "tiger skin," etc., is for the sake of practicing stopping the life-force and other winds with oral instructions, one should kindle fierce fire. "Its skin" is the nature of self-awareness, the pleasure of touch. "Their clothes" means constantly abiding in that place. Here, "red body color" means that for the sake of empowering the three realms, it is born from body, speech, and mind. Why? Because of the constant flow of deep attachment. "Great splendor" means diligence with effort. "Sunrise" means that all sentient beings are endowed with sleep, laziness, ignorance, and weak diligence, while the nature itself is the light of red color when dawn appears. The yogi also, with that joy, at all times, appears red through the union of that nature. For that very reason, whoever's ignorance will die, that one is liberated by wisdom.

Change. It is said so. Similarly, the ten hands are also named in the order of their left and right sides. Among the swords and so on, the five right hands are sword, arrow, large meat, staff, and iron hook. The left hand is khatvanga, bow, skull, rope, and here, the fifth is Utpala flower. That goddess is all kinds of hidden. It is said that these are pure, holding a sword, subduing sentient beings and increasing wisdom. Because the arrow pierces the heart, the large meat is sealed with a seal. The staff is the method, and it abides in the principle of the two truths. The iron hook always does the work of attracting great happiness. The mind is like a khatvanga, and all dharmas are unattainable. The bow should always be known as sound. The skull is the seat of bindu. The rope binds the twelve limbs of sentient beings. The Utpala flower is the truth. It is the wisdom of non-proliferation and unspeakable. The colors are blue, red, etc., which are images of great compassion. Thus, the left extension should be understood as before, which is a decision. Sixteenth. Thus, with the characteristics and complete form of practice, Tara again speaks of the method of subjugation. The mantra, such as "thereafter", refers to the ten letters. The so-called three faces are the form of Tara mentioned earlier. The rest is easy to understand. Seventeenth. Thus, in order to ward off the first "ka" of Vajra, the method of combination is said. The so-called "thereafter" and so on, the so-called first victor is the form of Vajrasattva, and thus becomes the center of the eight-petaled lotus, with the four goddesses surrounding the Bhagavan and practicing. Among them, the so-called "Proud Mother" and so on, the lotus in the east is the Vajra Weapon Mother. The lotus in the south is Vajra Kiliki. The lotus in the west is Vajra Top Mother. The lotus in the north is Vajra Heart Mother. Thus, all are four-armed mothers, and their weapon "Vajra Establishment" refers to holding the vajra upright. Thus, it becomes the sky and should be practiced as such. The rest is easy to understand. Eighteenth.
