The eight, such as ྲ་, are burned. That very nature arising from Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Is given by the one who does Haha. Perfectly endowed with the wind of karma, Merely by dissolving into form, It burns in all places. The five aggregates will be digested. Because of melting, here the sixteenth part Of the imprint of the part is also burned. Because the symbol of the deity does not drip, The yogi meditates. With a count of trillions of billions, It is called letter meditation. The tongue of fire also has seven. What is that number? Seven nose tips. Here, below the heart, throat, and navel, Two noses each in three places, The seventh nose is the only one. Look at the light in the place of the bindu. Here, the food to be burned is, The seven elements such as skin. In that very place, there are seven bindus, In that very place, there are seven bindus. In the center of the fire, it abides, The letters are seven in number. From the Ka group to the end of Ṣa, The eighth group is perfectly complete, The wise call it indestructible. It pervades all bindus, From the letters, non-dripping arises. Likewise, the eight winds, Are counted as equal, and so on. Those show the two above and below, It is the one who does the work of Heruka. Therefore, the bindu always remains, It is the nature of the five wisdoms. The five, such as life, Is the very form of the yogini. It is the yoga of the seven bindus, This has the names of the seven Buddhas. Thus, there are five forms, The sixth is Vajradhara, The seventh here is Hevajra. At the forehead itself, the syllable Huṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), By which the unutterable is known, Is called the Joyful Vajra. This yoga also always with this, Here there are only sixteen joys, It is the lineage of the yoga tantra. The sixteen mothers should be known, Among them, previously, There are thirty yogini letters. When the five mandalas dissolve, It abides within the wheel. Thus, the union of the yogi and yogini Is the characteristic of the Buddha. In its center is the vajra wind, ཀྵ་ is an inconceivable form. It also gives the pouring, Everything arises from the fire offering. From the center of the hearth, the self is, Named the Wisdom Mandala. Six wheels.

To the deities. Offer with the touch of mantra. Non-duality, the reality of non-duality. Enjoy the bliss of indivisibility. Thus, the scriptures are also spoken. Hold the sky as immaculate. Stop both mind and wind. The noble one sees such a nature. Body merges into body, supremely joyful. Likewise, the meaning of what is called Kolla Iretta, etc., should also be understood here. This is the yoga of bindus. Similarly, the subtle yoga is also spoken here. Lotus of the four chakras. Subtly destroy the life force. Stop with the vajra. The hole of Ra is bound. Ra and what depends on Ra. In the central channel, both gather. From mouth to mouth it becomes visible. It is located between the two Ras. The mindful one, with the right and. The three of the left Ra and the central channel. Below, both also. It dwells in the body without separation. From the face of glory, the moon descends. The upper gate goes supremely. Burning, is the preliminary of the bindu. It drips from the good seed. That is the moon of the aggregates. The three realms are empty of nature. Like a string of sunbeams. Again, everything is burning. Those lotuses are preliminary. That emptiness itself has the boundary of Da. All those numbers are countless. The wise one dissolves into it. The string of rays of those. From the fatigue of striking with the indestructible. That rises up again, and. The incomparable song should be remembered. Without beginning, end, or middle. Like that, etc. This is yoga. Thus, praise in the order of the four sessions. The ritual of offering and torma should precede. Mantra recitation should also be done. Recite in this order. The order for that is this. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) should be contemplated on the crown of the head. Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) should be placed in the mouth. Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) should be placed in the heart. Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) at the root of the navel. Sva (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:梭哈) is called secret. Ha (藏文:ཧཱ,梵文天城体:हा,梵文罗马拟音:hā,汉语字面意思:诃) is placed on the feet. Thus, establish the six limbs. Seal with the seal of four letters. Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is called entering. Dhi (藏文:དྷཱི,梵文天城体:धी,梵文罗马拟音:dhī,汉语字面意思:提) arises thus. Sva (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:梭哈) is called dwelling in the navel. Ha (藏文:ཧཱ,梵文天城体:हा,梵文罗马拟音:hā,汉语字面意思:诃) is only sound. Furthermore, it is extremely pure. It should be made extremely rare. The eyes of compassion are red

Oh, furthermore, the black limbs, such as loving-kindness, are the four collected objects. The four feet should be remembered. The eight faces are the eight liberations. The hands are the sixteen emptinesses. All weapons are of pure nature. The sixteen heart knots are to be thought of as such. The five seals are the five Buddhas. The wrathful one subdues the wicked. The flesh is said to be Pukkasi. The blood is regarded as Shavari. The form of semen is Chandali. Fat and bones are Dombini. The skin is the seven limbs of enlightenment. The bones are the four truths. Thus, with great faith, one should abide in the yoga of the deity with mantras. One should also make aspirations, with words such as 'born of lineage.' This is the definite view of the Bhagavan. Thus, the concise and extensive explanation is based on the definite view of the glorious Guru, the Samadhi of the glorious Heruka. What is said in the extensive explanation of meditation should be contemplated by the yogi who is just beginning, with mere faith. However, for those who are respectful of learning, the nature of the three realms becomes the nature of the three Samadhis, the wheel of the mandala. That also relies on the method of practice, which is the cause of various sentient beings. Now, in order to show the definitive meaning of these lords and mandala, the words 'selfless mother' and so on are spoken. Here, the union of Vajrasattva of the yoginis is spoken of first. Because it manifests through lifetimes, it is therefore the very form of the supreme joyful Vajra. That very body, the 'selfless mother,' means that there is no self in the individual. Therefore, 'listen' means to definitely hold it. Why is that? It is said that Heruka is the great attachment of the heart, and Heruka is the cause of its arising. The method of practice is the expedient nature of the arising of the thirty-six elements. Therefore, it is said that the messengers of time are gathered. The words 'by what' and so on, here, by what is the body of the Bhagavan gathered? All of those are said to arise from the body, speech, and mind of the three realms. 'Wickedness' and so on refer to the power of desiring pleasure and so on. 'Subduing them' means making them without inherent existence. 'Dakini' means one who goes equally with the sky.
