It is what Shakyamuni Buddha said. (རྒྱུད་དུ་ཞེས་པ།) refers to things like this combination of the letter "wa." (སེམས་ཅན་ཞེས་པ།) refers to the purpose of benefiting them. (གང་གི་ཕྱིར།) Because from the beginning, the object of the same kind, the clear light wisdom, is Vajrasattva, but due to the power of conceptualization, the kinds become limitless, because sentient beings are countless. Therefore, in short, (རིགས་ནི་རྣམས་པ་ལྔ།) refers to Vairochana and so on. (བཤད་ཅེས་པ།) refers to explaining that they are of the same kind by the reason previously stated. (སྟོང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཅན།) refers to completely knowing one's own wisdom vajra, which is inconceivable and non-dual, due to emptiness. Now, in order to show the various expedient instructions for generating meditation on worldly and transcendental things, and for accomplishing the stages of completion, (རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོ།) and so on are spoken. (གསོལ་བ་ཞེས་པ།) means what is asked? It is asking this. (བཤད་དུ་གསོལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ།) and so on refer to asking the Bhagavan. (དགྱེས་པ་ཆེན་པོ།) refers to the profound and complete enjoyment body. And how is it complete? The Dharma and the complete enjoyment body are the nature of the fruit because they become one with the co-emergent body and so on. If it is certain, it is spoken profoundly. In this way, on the conventional side of the transcendental, it is accomplished as a Dharma of the nature of cause and effect. But in the ultimate truth, there is cessation of causes and effects because they are not true. Similarly, (གཙོ་བོ་ཞེས་པ།) refers to the nature of wisdom. Thus, the chief serpent body asked this of the Bhagavan, from "who" to the end of "ritual." This will accomplish the sentient beings of such practitioners. Who refers to the aspects of things. Please explain that, at that time the Bhagavan spoke and so on, which are the words of the Tathagata's answer. Similarly, (དང་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ།) and so on, here yogis should practice this Dharma that follows the common Dharma. Because from beginningless time, the mind is attached to worldly things such as vases, cloths, carts, and so on. Therefore, those are beginningless.

When the stream of habitual tendencies enters, in this Fortunate Aeon, the Tathagatas, such as Avalokiteśvara, manifest and teach the Dharma, and Shakyamuni Buddha also taught the profound Dharma. Therefore, also teach the profound Dharma. Thus, "First" means the time of perfect abundance. "One should cultivate loving-kindness" means entering into that time. "There, secondly" means compassion in the time of the three qualities. "Thirdly" means joy in the time of the two qualities. "At the end of all" means at the end of the three times, cultivating equanimity during the time of strife, which means entering into that time. Likewise, yogis should also practice during the time of meditation, which is a certainty. Likewise, at the beginning of meditation, one should perfect all the limits of the mind. When arising, striving for one's own benefit and the benefit of others, one will attain the perfect and complete result. This is for the sake of the mind and the things that arise from the mind. Thus, loving-kindness is the nature of extreme affection. At that time, the original Buddha arises with the nature of loving-kindness. Therefore, sentient beings in the time of perfect abundance will transform into the nature of mutual loving-kindness. Therefore, the fruits of rice and so on will also be perfectly complete. Therefore, loving-kindness is naturally established. For example, some individuals are ignorant and without qualities, being separated from the six views, but at that time they benefit sentient beings because of their natural affection. Likewise, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas achieve inconceivable loving-kindness, and therefore they first teach loving-kindness. Even in times of strife, they manifest it only through sound, but in times of perfect abundance, it is not just sound. Likewise, in the time of the three qualities, one is free from the decline of one Dharma. Sentient beings possess fierce intelligence, and at that time, the nature of compassion is naturally established. Because of the previous causes, the Buddhas, even during meditation, visualize the Samadhi of Wrathful Deities in order to dispel obstacles, which transforms into a state of dream. At that time, the nature of compassion is also shown by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas through the door of speech during times of strife, causing sentient beings
