It is for the sake of examples of things. It is stated here: Here, the Buddhas have abandoned all obscurations including the habitual tendencies of grasping and being grasped, and the afflictions, therefore they generate the path of non-conceptual nature. Because the Arhats are with remainder, the Tathagatas turn into the path of Nirvana without remainder. Therefore, the minds of the Tathagatas, which are of non-conceptual nature, are the nature of the Dharmadhatu, which is devoid of self-nature. However, due to conventional causes, the mind is merely referred to as a name. Thus, it is also stated in the Mother of the Conquerors (Prajnaparamita Sutra): Subhuti, whatever mind there is, that mind is completely known as without mind in the way it truly is, that is without mind. Similarly: It is not existent, nor is it non-existent. It is not both existent and non-existent. It is also not the nature of neither. It is liberated from the four extremes. That is what the Madhyamika knows. Therefore, there is no meditator. That is the meaning of 'without mind.' Because there is no mind, there is also no pride of the five aggregates. Because there are no five aggregates, there are also no sense bases such as the eye. Because there are no sense bases, there is also no grasping. Because there is no grasping, there is also no object to be grasped. Why is there none? Because it is separated from one and many. The aggregation of elements has become subtle to atoms, and even atoms are divided into six parts, and due to the division of the six directions, it becomes indivisible. Thus, the five aggregates and the sense bases are not truly existent. Therefore, phenomena are like illusions. They are not true, nor are they false. The example of illusion is to be understood by twelve: namely, illusion and mirage, Gandharva city, the moon in the water in front, the reflection in the mirror, similarly, dreams, the bow of a hero, the shadow of a cloud, clarity, water bubbles, cataracts, and dimness in the darkness. The conventional truth spoken by the noble ones is for the sake of the arising of various meanings, this is certain. Saying that things do not exist with this reasoning is to eliminate the craving of yogis. Or it is to be practiced.

Through familiarization with the yoga of meditating, the meditator, and what is to be meditated upon, I have a slight experience and thus see the path of the mind. These two should be meditated upon in this way, in an inseparable union, observing their combination. The nature of the channels, with the chakras blocking life and downward elimination, are also intertwined internally and externally. Such meditation should be merely as clear as their illusion-like appearance. Otherwise, one should not cling to this suchness, so it is thought. Now, in order to show the view of ultimate truth, "without mantra," etc., is spoken. Here, the mantra of yogis, mantra is of three kinds. The order is as follows: form, bodhicitta, and wind. Among these, form is of two kinds: the nature of mantra and form. It is also the nature of suchness by the meaning of protecting the mind. Similarly, there are two divisions of bodhicitta: one is the channel of form in the body. Thus, when bodhicitta moves, that which is truly spoken is it. Likewise, wind is also of two kinds: one is ultimate life. Likewise, the second is that for the sake of its movement, there is channel and no channel, known by the combination of the six hidden limbs. That is also not there, because of the power of the conceptual thought of meditation, this is certain. There is also no deity, this is the meaning that in the ultimate sense, the deity of self-aware wisdom is also not there. Why is that? It is said: Because of the object of grasping and the grasper. If it is not like that, then what should be realized there? "Without elaboration," etc., is spoken. Here, returning from non-elaboration is to cultivate and universally hold. Thus, not being the realm of activity of the deluded ones, the dharmadhatu and likewise the realm of wisdom beyond the fourth. The absence of those two is non-elaboration, the wisdom of right mindfulness, the nature of great bliss, cutting off all causes of delusion, therefore it is non-elaboration. By that very true wisdom, because all the seeds of affliction are exhausted, it is the thirteenth ground of the Great Vajradhara, without outflows, therefore it is the meaning of non-elaboration, clear light wisdom.
