Because there is no cause for arising. Like this. Initially, the Buddha has no cause. Because it is said so. Therefore, if there is no taming, no creation, then there is nothing, so how can various actions be accomplished? To show that, it is said Buddha and so on. Here, the so-called stable and moving refers to the three realms of desire, form, and formlessness, which include various things such as containers and contents. The so-called all Buddhas refers to the nature of supreme bliss, without object, emptiness, and great compassion. The word "etc." refers to what arises from luminosity. That is, all things change here. The so-called "stable and moving things" refers to the meaning of the inexhaustible wisdom of those things' nature. Those things are also the nature of all discriminations, and are the cause and effect. Or, all Buddhas refer to the Buddhas of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Mahayana, and Perfectly Complete Enlightenment. The word "etc." refers to Bodhisattvas, Vajradhara, etc. The essence of those things is to transform into the Dharmadhatu. That is, to be equally united with all Buddhas. It refers to directly transforming the aggregates, elements, and sense bases into Buddhas. The so-called gathering of the net of Dakinis. Dakini refers to walking in the sky by emanation and pervading by movement. ki comes from the sound of aka. It is changing and walking. ni refers to the form with subtle light, which is the collection of chakras of the nature of Bodhicitta. The so-called gathering means that the gathering of these arises from the yoga of entering equally with the Dharmadhatu. The so-called "by this" means that by this reason, it transforms into illusory yoga. Therefore, the nature of illusion produces great illusion. The so-called everything is various and supreme, means that the nature of all aspects, great wisdom, is also inconceivable. The so-called Buddha and others are accomplished through taming. It means that by showing various special actions, etc., Buddha and Vajrasattva etc. are accomplished. Not only is that accomplished, but also for the benefit of all sentient beings, unsurpassed, the so-called unsurpassed means doing it again and again.

In "Women All," etc., "Women All" refers to all goddesses. They are the illusion goddesses, field-born goddesses, mantra-born goddesses, and co-emergent goddesses, the yoginis who dwell in places and nearby places. These yoginis are accomplished through illusion. Similarly, where all these Buddhas and yoginis are accomplished, it is said here that through virtuous actions, abandoning the previous form, when the aggregates are discarded, the three realms will become enlightened in the form of yoginis. As it says, "completely transforming one's own form," it means abandoning my form again and becoming enlightened. "Buddha" is a term of close establishment. However, it is to be understood as bodhisattvas and yoginis. Therefore, "accomplishment" means the nature of inconceivable wisdom. Similarly, inconceivable, and extremely inconceivable, and exceedingly inconceivable, and that which is even more inconceivable than exceeding, that itself is also inconceivable. "Various" etc. means that the great wisdom of the five great elements is inconceivable, and that itself is also inconceivable various, that itself is thought, therefore it is illusion and extreme illusion and great illusion, the mudra of illusion is also great great, the great mudra. Here, "Dakini" refers to other explanations that are explained. Thus, "ḍe" refers to those who walk in the sky, etc., which is spoken from the meaning of sound. "Ḍe" sky walking means making it the nature of emptiness. These are to explain the accomplishment of great meaning, therefore definite words are spoken. "Sky" etc. Here, the giver of opportunity for all things such as Buddhas and Vajradhara etc., and stable and moving etc., refers to the sky of wisdom, the realm of the extremely profound Dharmadhatu, without appearance, and not without appearance, and not emptiness, and not not emptiness, and not false, and not not false, and not things, and not not things, and not seeds, and not not seeds, and not immutable, and not not immutable, and not opportunity.

Non-absence of place, unspeakable, non-unspeakable, inexhaustible and non-inexhaustible, non-dual and non-non-dual, without light and non-without light, without form and non-without form, without substance and non-without substance, unteachable and non-unteachable, without self and non-without self, inconceivable and non-inconceivable, like these vast qualities filling the sky, to enjoy all of this is to accomplish enjoyment in the sky, to enjoy together with the immeasurable, this is called the six aggregates, realms and sources, etc., all without obscuration. Dakini refers to a lineage with a single word, because it has been proven that the nature of all these things is selflessness, so it is called an unbearable place, meaning to thoroughly accomplish the benefit of oneself and others. Or, all those who can open the opportunity of all things are the sky, namely the six Chakravartins such as Vairochana. To enjoy together with them means that it is also a single word by birth, meaning the practice methods of Vairochana and others. Because they pervade with complete accomplishment, whatever has all the supreme and emptiness principles is the Dakini, because it is the nature of inconceivable wisdom. Thus thoroughly accomplished, thus manifested, thereby it will be accomplished. Therefore, Dakinis such as Field-born, accomplishing the nature of skillful means, this is the rule. "Everywhere" refers to the ten directions. "Various" refers to the aggregates, etc. "Increasing" refers to the pervasive various mudras, namely the goddess. That is, one should view Dakinis and others in that way, and should be regarded as the six Chakravartins. The word "and" is special, meaning that the form of an ordinary woman is itself the form of a goddess. Or, the pervasive various mudras refer to increasing all sentient beings of the three realms with true wisdom.
