Those who are attached to the order are those who have virtuous actions. Similarly, those who are attached to the reverse of the order are those who do not have virtuous actions. Similarly, those who have both of these are all those who have guides. Therefore, the actions of body, speech, and mind, whatever good or bad one does oneself, one experiences its results in this world, there is no other doer. Thus it is said. Because samsara is of karma and afflictions and sudden sufferings, and revolves in samsara in the manner of the twelve links of dependent origination. Why is that? Because as long as there are the five aggregates of clinging, namely the body, the eight consciousnesses including the alaya-consciousness residing in that body. However, only the alaya-consciousness can give rise to the six entering consciousnesses and the afflicted mind, due to the power of past habits. Again, through the maturation of karma, the mind arises, and it becomes karma and non-karma, like a wheel of fire. By the power of intelligence or the emanation body of a Bodhisattva, karma means teaching the Dharma in order to fully ripen various kinds of sentient beings. Because whatever speech-karma of the Buddhas abides in teaching the Dharma. Non-karma means that the teacher is like an echo, not spoken by the palate, tongue, throat, and lips. That is of the Buddha, the Bhagavan. Transformation is certain. However, as long as the body remains. It means that where, when the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, the assembled retinue, here, due to the power of past karma, those who are interested in the three vehicles, and those who abide in the unsurpassed vehicle, are due to the power of their own generation of mind. All these are gathered in the mind, and the mind is also gathered in everything. Therefore, the bodies of the sentient beings that arose from the previous body, those bodies themselves are the assembled retinue, and not others. Thus, the Bhagavan said in the "All-Destroying Tantra": Yogis and all sentient beings, with desirable and undesirable objects, afflictions

Afflictions and habitual tendencies certainly increase, sentient beings will definitely transmigrate in samsara. Whatever mind there is, that itself is suffering, sentient beings arise because of the body. By individually realizing this mind, beings are able to suppress suffering. Vairochana is the victorious protector, the gathering of all Buddhas, all sentient beings are themselves Buddhas, Buddhas are those who liberate sentient beings. It should be understood through the above and so forth. Also, it is said in that same (text): One's own mind is the complete Buddha, it is the mind-essence to be realized. One's own mind is what should be slain, the mind is what should be slain. The yogi, because of connection with (dharma), sometimes things do not appear. Whatever Buddha there is, the yogi should meditate, "I am the Buddha." In short, meditative wisdom is the arising of Buddhahood itself. Without realizing Buddha-yoga, the yogi will not attain Buddhahood. Just as one sees a subtle object, so meditate on existence and non-existence. Existence and non-existence are not things, meditation itself is thorough examination. Meditating on things is non-existence, meditation itself is not meditation. The reality of existence and non-existence, is itself the action of one's own mind. The realm of the Buddha is not the Buddha, nor does it become the realm of sentient beings, realizing the Buddha is not the Buddha, taming one's own mind is Buddhahood. It should be understood through the above and so forth. Therefore, like a reflection in a mirror, sentient beings will see the Buddha by the power of their own nature, there is no other way. Whatever virtue and non-virtue, all actions done will be accomplished. What does this mean? Because sentient beings who are covered by attachment, hatred, ignorance, etc., and are difficult to tame, will perform actions, and the Dharma is taught in the manner of a collection of karmas. "All" refers to killing, expelling, separating, confusing, controlling, and so forth. "Done" refers to the fact that due to the ripening of past karma, the actions of the Tathagata are the actions that have been done by the power that arises from one's own part, and whoever has that action is called that. Therefore, by the power of the non-virtue of one's own mind, (sentient beings) are completely destroyed by killing, etc., by the power of bliss.
