Names are spoken for the sake of the different names of the earth. Or it is called "etc." "Then" refers to following the name of sentient beings. Or it refers to other aspects. The beginning of all tantras is explained by the sound of "union." "All" refers to those previously indicated. "Tantra" refers to the Guhyasamaja Tantra, etc. "Beginning" means that first, the principles of yoga are explained. What is that? It is said to be "union," which is the nature of wisdom and means, emptiness, and compassion that is inseparable and non-dual. "Sound" means that the meaning is explained by expressing it in words through the various tantric teachings. "Called Vajrasattva" means that whatever sentient being remembers, hears, speaks, reads, and meditates on that Dharma, that is called Vajrasattva, without any doubt. That is also a Dharma arising from the mind. Again, it is shown to sentient beings by establishing it as the three bodies. "Why again" means because it is related to other aspects. However, "all" refers to all beings in times without beginning or end. "Tantra" means that the Dharma abides as such, and in the past, future, and present times, the Prajnaparamita of the Buddhas and the Manjushri-namasamgiti, etc., are explained, and then they disappear. "Its beginning" means that from the beginning, there is no fear. "Union" means that the union of wisdom and means is fearless. Because all Buddhas hold it. That is also expressed in sound. "Vajra" means indivisible wisdom. The way to approach it is as a hero. Or "vajra" means compassion. Its source is emptiness. It is the nature of possessing all excellent aspects. Therefore, because of its pervasive function, it is called Vajrasattva. Here, it refers to the determination of the Bhagavan. Or A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) means: From the absence of appearance, all forms arise. So it is said. Then, because all dharmas are unborn from the beginning, it is said to be the door of A. For this reason. "Ta" refers to various different places. "Sa" refers to being near all places. "Ra" refers to: liberating all sentient beings.

Now, for these or the present sentient beings, following the teachings, the pith instructions of the path are spoken. The so-called "Great Secret" means hidden, that is, the cause of the cause, which is the Dharmakaya; for the sake of the result, it is the Wisdom Body. The so-called "by this" refers to the cause and the result. The so-called "one with pith instructions" means that the meaning of this is shown by the true guru in an extensive manner. From collecting mantras and so on, up to the characteristics of empowerment, it is easy to understand. This is a brief explanation. The word "etc." includes activity sets and so on, and methods of accomplishment. The so-called "pith instructions" refers to the path of the Tathagatas, explained from Sadava, dreams, sleep, and being separated from the four states. The so-called "nature of wisdom and means" refers to from the words spoken in this way to complete perfection. Or, the basis is the tantra of the nature of wisdom and means, and the Dharma of emptiness and the nature of compassion. The so-called "tantra" refers to means, here referring to the collection of texts. Similarly, the union of wisdom and means is called union, that is, of means.
