Then, due to the power of the previous aspirations of those beings before the Buddha, in the hundred paths, they generate Bodhicitta in the manner of accumulating a little merit in a short time. By virtue of that merit, they will become like the Thirty-three Heavens. After passing away from there, they are born again in the five realms, such as humans. Therefore, due to the power of the habitual forces of past actions, they are led to engage in the six views. Those views also arise from the minds of individual beings due to the changes of time. Thus, sentient beings holding various views become countless. It is said like this: All beings arise from me, the three realms also arise from me, I pervade all these, and there are no other beings that arise from me. However, Bodhisattvas who possess the nature of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, as well as those who possess qualities such as generosity and morality, distance themselves from the three things that are not understood by self-interest and the interest of others. Not only that, but they also manifest the meaning of the three bodies even against their will. Therefore, the Bhagavan spoke the exclamation "Emaho" and the two answers of "Excellent." Because, wisdom brings happiness. The so-called source of qualities is because it is the source of qualities, therefore it is the source of qualities. There are five kinds of qualities, among which the qualities of earth are five, which are the nature of earth, water, fire, wind, and space respectively. Similarly, the qualities of water are four, which are the nature of the elements of water, fire, wind, and space. Similarly, the qualities of the fire element are three, namely the nature of the elements of fire, wind, and space. Similarly, the qualities of the wind element are two, namely the nature of the elements of wind and space. Similarly, the quality of the empty element is one, namely the nature of the empty element. Similarly, the characteristic of knowing the nature of all wisdom elements as one is shown in the vessel world. Thus, sentient beings such as humans in the five realms will gradually become the nature of the qualities of five, four, three, two, and one. That is, the law of minute particles mentioned above.

Abiding in falsehood. However, those who are obscured by ignorance and the like, attached to perverse Dharma, and stained by faults such as encountering unwholesome friends, will, as before, due to the power of habit, revolve and transmigrate in various sentient beings. Similarly, the realm of wisdom, the nature of the six realms, the individual of the great being, this is the nature of all things, the nature of the Dharmakāya, the edge of emptiness and reality, and the nature of suchness, whoever has such a thought or possesses such a lineage. Therefore, it was said twice, "Good! Good!" This reveals the meaning of the Vajra Essence. In the phrase "wanting to hear all the great secrets of all tantras," "wanting" is the word of action of the Vajra Essence, connected with "Emaho." However, in this great vehicle of mantra, the union of yogis and yoginis is called the tantra of yoga and the tantra of yogini. Thus, the tantra of yoga is the nature of the characteristics previously mentioned. Now, the distinction of the yogini tantra is explained. In the phrase "the great secret of all tantras," the secret of the thirty-six yogas is the yogini tantra. Those thirty-six aspects will also be explained in many ways as the arising of the root yogini that is being explained. Thus, the yogini tantra is the yoga tantra, the meaning of hiding all the great secrets. Whatever it has, it is called that. The phrase "requesting all that exists" refers to the tantra of yogis and yoginis, wisdom and means, emptiness and, compassion inseparable, requesting means understanding. The desire to show the true path to all sentient beings will be spoken in that way. This is the determination of the Tathagata. Now the words of the retinue are spoken. In the phrase "thereafter, the great Bodhisattva such as Vajra Essence," etc., "thereafter" refers to after the question. The "great Bodhisattva" refers to those who initially exist as the body Vajra, etc.
