So-called conduct is thus arising, with one word, meaning the practice methods of Vairochana Buddha and others. In terms of them, the actual accomplishment is pervasive, possessing all kinds of excellence, and the principle of emptiness, whoever exalts it, is the Dakini, because it is the nature of inconceivable wisdom. Thus, it is well accomplished, and thus it arises, then it will be accomplished by this. Therefore, the Dakinis such as the Field-born, who possess the nature of skillful means, accomplishment, is the reason. Pervasive, that is, the ten directions. Various, that is, aggregates and so on. The increaser is the pervasive various mudras, which are the goddesses. They should also be regarded as Dakinis and so on, and as the six Chakravartin kings. The tone of "and" is a distinction, that is, the appearance of an ordinary woman is the meaning of the appearance of a goddess. Also, the pervasive various mudras are all sentient beings of the three realms increased by true wisdom. Pervasive, that is, sentient beings and so on, therefore it increases. Knowing this meaning is the declaration of those vows. Vajra and so on, that is, true wisdom is also the nature of the five divisions by the difference of the five families. They are also Vajra and Lotus, and also Jewels. Although not mentioned, the Dharma wheel and sword should also be taken. Therefore, sentient beings cultivate with faith and understanding, then they transform into the five distinct families. For example, the Vajradhara family, and also the Padmadhara family, the Jewel-holder family, the Dharma wheel and sword-holder families, and so on. "And" means that the unmentioned families should also be understood. All those sentient beings are the families of those such as the Tathagata Vajradhara, that is, the families of the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas. Thus, everything is the nature of inconceivable wisdom, that is, that nature, which is the determination of the Bhagavan. Now, in order to show the wisdom view of the yogis who are arising now, therefore, it is said after them and so on. After that, it is to show the wisdom of cultivation to the yogis who are born in the Tathagata family.
