A mere moment of happiness causes one to wander from cycle to cycle in samsara. Those with intelligence, when happiness itself is shown, that is what yogis call meditation. Why? The Bhagavan is the form of bliss; bliss pervades beings. Here, other than bliss, there is no other bliss; bondage and birth do not occur. The Bhagavan said so; this is the statement of this tantra, and so forth, which is easy to understand. The word "and so forth" indicates the connection between the teachings and the teacher, and so forth, which have been mentioned before. The "Detailed Explanation of Thatness" is a summary of eleven kinds of speculation, for the purpose of encompassing them all. Thatness means the meaning of entering into the sacred meaning. That is the detailed differentiation of all speculations. It is also the attainment of Mahamudra, because it gives attainments, it is the detailed differentiation that goes to the extreme. That itself is the first, because it is the name of the first. This is the certainty of the Tathagatagarbha. The concise explanation of the treatise called "The Light of Mindfulness of Correctly Seeing," which is the first detailed explanation of the Oral Transmission of the Bindu Tantra, is the first. The Extensive Commentary on the Second Detailed Explanation Now, in order to explain the thirty-seven aspects of enlightenment spoken by the Bhagavan, "Then," and so forth, were spoken. "Then" means that the second detailed explanation is explained following the detailed explanation of Thatness. Or, "Then" is a category of words, meaning that this treatise is able to distinguish and understand the various meanings of the first detailed explanation, which is what is meant by "purity" in epistemology. Here, the "thirty-seven aspects of enlightenment" refers to the five aggregates, the five elements, the five sense objects, and the five faculties of action and their five activities.
