It is clear. Therefore, that is the meaning of "its own nature." Bent, growing halfway, extremely subtle, having the form of a bindu, like a wish-fulfilling gem. This is because, here, conventional truth and ultimate truth are inseparable. The so-called "bent, growing halfway" refers to the sound of the appearance seen through meditation and realization. Because it is excellent, it is supreme. The so-called "subtle" is because it is separated from the object. The so-called "bindu" is like a letter. Because it does not leak, it is a letter, because it rises from the hollow of the channel, it is the meaning of reaching the other shore of the non-leaking nectar of wisdom. Always abiding in the center of the heart, possessing the four lights of great power. Here, the so-called "heart" refers to the meaning of essence. However, it is the mind that relies on the central channel, Avadhuti. That is also separated from the senses, because it blocks the nine doors. Therefore, it is in the center of the bodhicitta bindu that comes from the crown of the head and so on. The so-called "always abiding" refers to the Dharmakaya. Its great splendor is the appearance of all phenomena, wisdom and knowledge are one, and emptiness and compassion are like fire. Similarly, the so-called "possessing light" refers to the Sambhogakaya, which is the nature of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, and is the embodiment of the four dhyanas. Or it is the embodiment of the four appearances, namely appearance, increasing appearance, obtaining appearance, and luminosity. That is the meaning of the four rays of light. The edge of twelve and the edge of nine, from the feet to the crown of the head. What is said here refers to the nature of the five wisdoms, the breath, which is to be understood as pervading with the nature of the five mandalas. Here, from the left and right nostrils, with the difference of expanding and contracting, five mandalas each move. From the left are space and so on, and similarly from the right are earth and so on. Thus, in the order of the movement of the ten mandalas, it is called the life-breath, which is the meaning of the embodiment of the five wisdoms. Similarly, in the Uttaratantra, the Bhagavan said: The nature of the wisdom-speech breath, the size of a mustard seed, constantly meditate with yogic knowledge, diligently at the tip of the nose.

Thus it is said. Explaining that, it should be explained from within. Similarly, here, the so-called "twelve limits" refers to the fact that in the combination of exhaling and inhaling here, for whatever reason, the outgoing breath reaches a length of twelve fingers. The so-called "nine limits" refers to the fact that the same breath decreases by three fingers from the path of entry. "From the feet to the crown" means that from the crown to the thumbs, in the manner of the guru's instructions, appearing like the shape of a bow, it is said to be half-bent, therefore it pervades from stability. Therefore, it is called cessation. Or, the end from the throat to the boundary between the forehead and the head is external. Because the breath also moves internally in the same way, it is the twelve limits. Again, from the center of the eyebrows to the end of the throat, that is the nine limits. Similarly, in the secret place, the navel chakra, and the heart chakra, etc., according to the reasoning previously stated, the yogi who delights in the path of yoga, through the difference of time periods, or through uninterrupted habituation, should approximately represent the twelve limits and the nine limits. Therefore, as it is said, it should be called that. The differences in the meditation of these chakras are explained. "One channel is truly arising," etc., and "possessing the measure of five parts." Here, it refers to the previously mentioned "Ha" seat named "U." However, "the Dragon King greatly increases," referring to the form coiled in the hole behind the navel chakra, possessing the nature of three and a half coils, its one channel truly arises and reaches the end of the crown. That is also called Tummo. Because, igniting Tummo at the navel, burning the five Tathagatas, burning the eye-mothers, etc., after burning, the moon (Tibetan: རི་བོང་ཅན།) drips "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Thus spoke the Bhagavan. That part is also from half to three. It will surely arise in the center of the Vajra. It refers to the fact that the one channel arising from the Dragon King embraces the indestructible Vajrasattva, becoming one taste, dripping a stream of nectar like a full vase. Therefore, it will come again. Because, after reaching the gate of Jalandhara, it will also reach the gate of Oddiyana. Therefore.
