For shaking the earth. Likewise, it makes one rise from a swoon. This, as it appears in the Garuda Tantra, revives those who have lost life and memory. That is, one should meditate on the ever-sounding yogi abiding in the sun behind the garuda, and in the heart of the one to be subdued, place the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) on the sun that arises from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). In order to make the poison rise, one should ignite the poison abiding in all the limbs with the rays of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Then, one should contemplate an eight-petaled white lotus arising from Paṃ in the palm of the left hand, and there place a white, radiant Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) dripping with nectar. Or, one may place the letter Ha (Tibetan: ཧ།) on the lunar disc, or the six letters Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ) Ha (Tibetan: ཧ།) Hā (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Dza (Tibetan: ཛ།) Phuḥ (Tibetan: ཕུཿ). With that hand, starting from the head and going down to the feet, one should contemplate the stream of nectar of the light of the letters drawing out the poison from all the limbs, and drawing out blackness from the tips of the toes. Recite the rosary of mantras, and purify the entire body with the white rays of the mantra. Or, place a white Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ) on the head of the one to be subdued, and with its stream of nectar, as before, look down at the poisons from the tips of the toes, contemplate the body of the one to be subdued as white in color, do this again and again, and recite the rosary mantra. In either case, one will certainly become free of poison. Or, if one alternates each letter of the white plank and the name of the one to be subdued with Haṃ and writes them in white, by that very application, one recites the rosary mantra. Or, having drawn the form of the one to be subdued, one should also place a white Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ) on the crown of the head, and contemplate that the black color of the poison is washed away by its stream of nectar, one will also become free of poison. Or, alternating each letter of the name of the one seized by poison and the name of the one to be subdued, write that on a plank, and surround it with the letters Tha and Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ), and combine it with Ha (Tibetan: ཧ།) and the seed syllable of man according to the ritual, it will lead with a color like smoke. White will bring it near to peace. Yellow will bind. Vajra Sandoha Barpaya means: Vajra is wrathful. Sandoha is assembly. Darpaya is arrogant. Amrita Kundali refers to happiness. Wind cremation refers to being cremated and carried away by the wind. The name of the one to be subdued is held.
