是为智慧的自性。身体上普遍存在智慧之处，脉络有七万二千等众多，简而言之有三十二，其中最主要的是三脉。啦啦呐是智慧完全清净的自性，位于右侧。惹萨呐是方便完全清净的自性，位于左侧。阿瓦杜帝是菩提心完全清净的自性，位于中央，远离能取所取的分别念。啦啦呐是不动转。意思是：从右脉流出尿液，是阿閦鞞的自性。惹萨呐也流血，意思是位于左侧，是宝生佛的自性。阿瓦杜帝极负盛名，被认为是智慧之月运行之处，意思是位于中央，是成所作智的自性之义。不可分和微细之形等，是三十二脉的名称。这些脉的作用是，不可分者生牙齿和指甲，微细之形者生头发和体毛，名为天神的脉生皮肤，左脉生肉，具左脉者生水液，龟生者生骨头，具事物者生肾脏，权能者生心，恼害者生眼，加持者生胆汁，母亲生肺，夜晚行者生肠，成就施予者生寒冷，乌达里即达尔尼萨生腹部，啦啦呐生不动者，阿瓦杜帝生智慧之月运行者，血行者生味道，正直者生粪便，黑色者生肉和皮肤的毛孔，共同者生唾液，基础施予者生耳垢，离别者生血，喜乐者生脂肪，成就者生唾液，异熟者生眼屎，花朵者生鼻涕，三胆汁者生容貌，欲望者生头发，家室者生气味，旃荼生味道，嘎达亚生红色之物，七。

The most important of these are the three channels. Lala Na is the nature of completely pure wisdom and resides on the right. Rasa Na is the essence of completely pure means and resides on the left. Ava Dhuti is the nature of completely pure Bodhicitta and resides in the center, free from the dualistic concept of grasping and being grasped. Lala Na is the immovable.
