Since it abides in the moment of being free from attachment, it is called Bhaga (Tibetan: བྷ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: bhaga, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaga, Chinese literal meaning: Bhaga). "The kasaya is the burning womb." This is explained as: In the world, respecting monks is ordination, but here it refers to generating the concept of ordination and manifestation for all sentient beings. Just as the Great Fortune Goddess said, "Knowing that all things are mantras, one should not despise anything, Vajrasattva is oneself, and always abides in manifest form." The Holy Tara also said that all sentient beings should be regarded as teachers. Therefore, entering the mother's womb and being naturally wrapped by the womb-friend is the kasaya. Just as precepts arise depending on the Khenpo, womb-friends arise depending on the mother, hence it is the Khenpo. "The mudra is joining palms in reverence to the protector." This is explained as: At the time of birth, the palms are joined at the forehead and appear, hence it is called mudra. Then gradually growing, just as high status and bodhi arise depending on the precepts, it is the meaning of the body gradually growing. Reciting the mantra is "U Nga Dag" (Tibetan: ཨུ་ང་བདག). It means that when a child is born and comes out of the womb, he is naked, and this is the image of the naked flesh. Those who shave their heads after that are monks. The so-called "and other sentient beings" means: They are Buddhas, there is no doubt about it. Just as the venerable Indrabhuti said, "Vajrasattva himself pervades the hearts of all sentient beings." Therefore, just as if one finds an ounce of gold-transforming medicine and applies it to a thousand ounces of iron, it will definitely all turn into gold, so it is certain that all sentient beings are Buddhas, there is no doubt about it. Therefore, the yogi who enters the door of this tantra should also contemplate all sentient beings and all things as the nature of glorious Heruka. The rest is not written because the words are simple and easy to understand. This sentient being is a Buddha, but is covered by the impurity of imputation, removing that is being a Buddha. This is explained as: All sentient beings are the nature of all Buddhas, the essence of bodhi, the nature of the dharmakaya. One might wonder, why does one revolve in the three realms? However, it is covered by the impurity of imputation, without

Bewildered by the wicked methods of ignorance, driven by subtle afflictions, one engages in various actions, thus being born and revolving in the three realms. But then, is there no method for purification? Answer: Removing this defilement is Buddhahood. Thus it is said. In the Differentiation of Middle and Extremes, it is also said: This is with defilement and without defilement, like the water element, gold, and space, desiring purity as if it were pure. And in the Sutra Requested by Good Arms, it is also said: Attachment and other afflictions are with defilements, therefore it is said that this mind is samsara. If afflictions are completely pure, like crystal and the moon, then the boundary of the ocean of existence is fully proclaimed. Thus it is said. Therefore, if afflictions are completely purified, then all are Buddhas, there is no doubt about this. The so-called "one's own mind is enlightenment," the nature of the mind of all sentient beings is Buddha, and a Buddha other than the mind cannot be found separately. In the chapter on Transcendence of the World, it is also said: Sons of the Victorious Ones, the three realms are only mind, and the three times are also understood as only mind, and that mind is also understood as without beginning or end. The venerable teacher Nagarjuna also said: By whatever mind children are bound, causing them to be bound by the chains of samsara, the yogi of that very mind will go to the realm of the Sugata. Thus it is said. In the All Secrets Tantra, it is also said: The five elements are the nature of the five, the human body is stabilized, and by definitely meditating on that reality, one becomes a Buddha by the power of one's own mind. Thus it is said. In this very text, it is also said: In whatever world realms, a Buddha cannot be found, the nature of mind itself is the complete Buddha, another Buddha should not be pointed out. Thus it is said, therefore there is no Buddha apart from the mind. The rest are particles, easy to understand. The earth is known as Pukkasi, how is it the mudra of Akshobhya? Whatever are the earth of delusion, the body is said to be Vairochana. Thus it is said, etc., the body is combined with Vairochana, and similarly, it is combined with Akshobhya. Etc., refers to the fact that body and mind arise in mutual dependence, and one alone does not arise, thus it is the Tathagata lineage.
