Purity. It is pacified by non-dual wisdom, and becomes the accomplishment of Mahamudra, that is the meaning. Then whose realm is this? "This examination of prevention is not by, Buddhas and heretics." This means that the view of things of the Shravaka lineage, and those who are inclined to inferior conduct, and turn their backs on great accomplishments, are not their realm. The five elements of self-nature, become the five great joys. "This means that when the great bliss melts the lunar essence, the five elements are complete, so it is called the five joys. These five, the essence of joy is not two, is this conclusion. By the union of wisdom and means, in actions and so on, at the moment when wisdom and means are equally united, the five elements, the five afflictions, the five lineages, etc., are completed in an instant, and one should know their respective situations. The explanation of the second chapter is completed. Third, the explanation of the chapter on the four discussions of all tantras and secret language. Now I will explain the third chapter, called "Explaining the thoughts of all tantras", which means that all the samadhi and key points of the expedient tantras such as the glorious Guhyasamaja, and the wisdom tantras such as the definitive Vajrasekhara tantra, etc., are clearly shown. In particular, the yogini, in order to determine all the wisdom tantras such as the Dakini Mayajala Chakrasamvara. Because the vows and initiations of this are explained, therefore, the vows should be explained. That is the meaning. "Vows all Buddhas, reside in E-vam." This means that the vows of form are all Buddhas, and the Buddhas gather in E-vam, E is the mother, Vam is the father, and what is given is the Bodhicitta, and the mind resides in the lotus. This is also an explanation of the actual practitioner, the practice and the three meanings of what is to be practiced, the practitioner is the yogi, and himself is the nature of the complete Sambhogakaya, the practice is the mother, which is the Dharmadhatu nature E, and what is to be practiced is non-dual wisdom.

E. Combined with blessings. Such instructions, given and empowered by the master, are called the sole "Great Bliss." "That which is E, is the various forms." It means the letter E, which is the very space itself, becoming the master of all, is the self-nature of the Dharmadhatu. "In the center, adorned with Vam." It means, in the center of the space, Vam, which is the abode of skillful means and Bodhicitta. "Buddha Jewel like a Mani Jewel." It means, being both Buddha and Jewel, hence it is a Jewel. Like a Mani Jewel, adorned with excellent marks and signs, or because it possesses the excellent qualities of a palace, hence it is the Buddha Jewel like a Mani Jewel, actually it is all the jewels of the Buddhas of the ten directions, meaning it is the source of all great qualities. That place is the self-nature of all bliss and joy, therefore, it means "born from that." "Momentary distinction with difference." It means, the ultimate wisdom moment is born from the upper E-Vam, therefore, it means abiding in E-Vam. This is also explained through the four sentences such as "various forms." Here, the four such as various forms, as well as the four joys, the four empowerments, etc., the twelve great instruction places, etc., should be understood from the master's instructions. Vajragarbha asked: Where do the vows abide? What are the precepts? The Bhagavan taught: You should kill beings, you should also speak lies, you should take what is not given, associate with another's wife. Thus and so on is said. Here, some people understand according to the literal meaning, thereby wrongly practicing killing and so on, however, killing is the crudest among the naturally negative actions, and is the main source of the cause of bad destinies, is a great non-virtue, and is the root of contradicting the teacher's teachings. Therefore, it should be known that from all the teachings of the Sugata, the act of killing does not arise. The act of killing only appears in the teachings of some heretics, for example, in the past some Brahmins who liked to eat meat, wanted meat.
