There are two types: the preliminary and the subsequent. In the preliminary, the great Vajradhara, possessing both wrath and desire, demonstrates the drawing of the mandala. The subsequent refers to the order of four types of individuals indicated by the term "oneself." Until the signs of complete learning and contemplation are attained, one is considered a beginner, and one must perform all activities such as creating the mandala oneself. "The second and third are lowered and written." This means that one who has some mastery over wisdom has the sign of power like clouds and has attained one instance of direct perception. The sign of the third, who has power over wisdom, is smoke, fireflies, and the attainment of three instances of direct perception. Wisdom is drawn from young boys, girls, and maidens, and they are made to write. The sign of truly mastering wisdom is seeing something like the sky, and having attained five instances of direct perception, one should empower the mandala of illusion. This is the meaning. The meaning of this is that, as previously shown, after the recitation is completed, the subsequent practice involves the ritual of the ground, the ritual of preparation, and the empowerment. The ritual of the ground should be performed as described in the tenth chapter. The preparation of the place, vase, and disciple should be done as described in the first chapter of the subsequent section. The preparation or number of vases can be extensively combined into ten or six: the vase of complete victory, the vase of the eight goddesses, and the vase of all actions, totaling ten. Alternatively, the main vase of complete victory and the eight goddesses can be combined into four families, totaling five, and with the vase of all actions, there are six. The filling of the vase should be understood according to the circumstances. Mark with the symbols of each deity, and generate in a precious vase or palace. Generate eight-petaled lotuses from (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: bang). In the vase of complete victory, generate the deity fully from the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཙཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: च, Sanskrit Romanization: caṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: cang). Invite the wisdom deity, make offerings, praises, recitations, and contemplate the deity dissolving. For other deities, generate each deity individually or in pairs, and perform the previous ritual. Then, the preparation of the disciple involves bathing, and everyone offers a mandala. Pray with "Great joy, you are my teacher," and generate joy with "Son, please enter the Great Vehicle." Purify with the seven purifications. Then, pray for vows with "The sun, the all-knowing one." Think.

After those are well collected, the precepts are explained by "..." etc. Measure the precepts. Then, the one who generates Bodhicitta should abide in the secret preparatory stage and make offerings. Then, perform the ritual of discarding the tooth-stick. Pour water with three gulps. With kusha grass and protective thread, expound the Dharma that is clear, profound, and vast. Then, if wealthy, one may also abide especially through fire offerings. Do not forget the dreams, instruct and send to the bedroom. The actions in those rituals should be understood as in the mandala ritual of the Lotus Born (Padmasambhava). Then, wake up at dawn and examine the dreams. Make offerings and praises. In the preparatory stage mandala, in the sky, place བྷེག་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) and the sun and moon together. Seal with vowel letters. The lines and colors should be understood as in the tenth chapter. The characteristics of the mandala are: one edge and four doors. From "..." to "draw the eighth with ornaments." The purity of the mandala should be understood as before. Then, placing the signs and chakras: the skull itself generated in the essence. The color is white, draw the third part. After that, also add a white skull with two words in the center. Then, "In the powerful one is ཤ་ར་བྷ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning)." From "..." to "eight implements are very famous." That is, in their respective mantras, repeat that mantra three times and visualize as the deity to place. Then, placing the vase, starting from "Then is the Victorious One" etc., bless all the implements of the vase. From the location of the preparatory stage, invite with music, and place the vase of complete victory in front of the main deity. The other vases should be placed near their respective locations. The vase for all activities should be placed on the right side of the door. Similarly, all the offerings should also be arranged nearby. Banners, ornaments, umbrellas, and flags, etc., as well as cushions and music, and all kinds of clothes, should be offered to the deities in pairs. Then, the practice of the mandala: "What is the use of saying much? How to abbreviate that content, the mandala ritual should be done that way." That is, in general, know that all those are consistent. In particular, at the east door of the mandala, sit on a comfortable cushion, the six-limbed yogi combines various
