If it arises from another, does it arise from the past? Does it arise from the future? Or does it arise from the present? This is unreasonable, because cause and effect are impossible simultaneously. It is also unreasonable to arise from the future, because it arises later, so it is not a cause. If it is said to arise from the past, then does it arise from what has perished, or from what has not perished? It does not arise from what has perished, because it no longer exists, like a rabbit's horn. If it arises from what has not perished, then it becomes simultaneous. Refuting this, when does the previous cause perish, does it perish at the time of the effect? This is also cut off by another moment, or not? If it is cut off, then the previous perishing has no cause to produce. If it is not cut off, then it also becomes simultaneous. After doing it, is it cut off by its own time, or is it not cut off by other time? Does arising from the previous one not become non-simultaneous? The two, cause and effect, are also contained by three moments, having three parts: arising, abiding, and ceasing, so it is only the non-severance of other times. If that is a moment, then the thing becomes completely non-existent, like a rabbit's horn. The nature is formless, like a vase, which can be established as a dharma, because it is separated from one and many, so it is not truly existent, like illusions and so on. Others say that this reasoning is not established, the vase is with parts, and the partless is one. If it exists like the first one, then it is not one, because there are many parts. Many parts are also not established, because even a single direction has six parts. One direction does not exist, so many parts do not exist. Some also say that there are extremely subtle particles, but it must be examined whether there are parts or not. If there are, then it is the same as before. If there are no parts, then because there are no parts, the thing becomes formless, like mind and mental factors. Similarly, the person who sees also does not exist. Similarly, sound and so on can also be applied in this way. Some believe that mind is truly existent. There is no mind, there are no mental factors. The reasoning like the previous one is not established. Thus it is said: The form realm is called emptiness, and there also sound occurs. From there, the object is called emptiness, how does consciousness change in the middle? The ear is called emptiness, how does consciousness exist in the middle? These have been extensively proclaimed. Common.

Establishing the view of wisdom as consistent with Madhyamaka, showing it as consistent with Svasamvedana Cittamātra, will be explained in the eighth chapter. The unique view is the great bliss wisdom that prioritizes skillful means, which is shown through "generating mother" and so on. Are "generating mother" and so on meditation and conduct? It is true, but in the uncommon case, skillful means are prioritized, because the view is the generation of wisdom, or even if it is a method of meditation, the method of practicing the view is prioritized, because it generates the wisdom of discriminating mind, so do not doubt. There are also three types: wisdom based on another's body, which relies on the lower gate; skillful means based on one's own body, which relies on the upper gate; and the combination of Suchness wisdom with non-objectification. Among these, there are also two types of reliance on wisdom: the beginner and the one with ripened karma. For the beginner, "mother" means that one has obtained control over her. "Sister" means that one has obtained control together. "Daughter" means that one has bestowed empowerment. "Always offering" means how it is uninterrupted during empowerment. "Yoga wisdom" means the guru's oral instruction. "Singer" means great wisdom. "Dharma woman" means that faith is great and easy to transform. "Vajra woman" means that it is indicated by meditation. Outcaste woman is the mudra of diligence, that is, the brave one. Brahmin woman is the patient one with good nature, practicing the karma mudra that accords with any of these dharmas as the selfless mother is the ritual of wisdom, while the ritual of skillful means is to meditate on the Vajra that one likes. Always offering with reason means having the moon. How not to change separation is the secret way. Diligent effort means having the oral instruction that points to the holy one. Relying itself means the merit of desire, or the vows of food and so on. Do not hide means symbolizing, even if one does not strive or rely. Snakes and thieves mean the faults of this life. The earth-goer is tormented by fire means hell after death, that is, the faults of another life. Karma ripens and is completed, generating mother and so on are for knowing what is feasible and infeasible. Aspects of karma.
