There are two aspects to practice: First, to counteract conceptual thoughts, practice the upper gate wind; second, to counteract afflictions, practice bodhicitta. There are two aspects to wind: First, to know; second, to meditate. Among these, knowing is divided into knowing outer purity and knowing inner purity. Among these, outer refers to combining wind with markers and clocks in places such as the king's palace and monastic dwellings. Inner refers to combining the number of petals with the navel chakra, the emanation wheel, and so on. Having known these as the nature of purity, one meditates on the wind, that is, the moon itself, Āli Kāli, with four sessions each during the day and night, totaling eight sessions. The alternating shifts occur from half-sessions, totaling sixteen sessions. In each of these sessions, there are also thirty-two implements of skillful means and wisdom. Furthermore, whichever of the sun and moon appears, four will appear in succession, totaling sixty-four markers. In this way, after the wind becomes workable, the calculation of numbers should be understood elsewhere. Practice refers to practicing numbers between ten and one hundred, and combining the wind with co-emergence. There are two aspects to practicing bodhicitta: First, the differentiation of sounds; second, the combination of the mode of explanation. Among these, the differentiation of sounds: Where does it drip? It is the navel chakra, meaning the second. What drips? It is the rabbit, meaning the first. From where does it drip? It is from the syllable Hūṃ, meaning the fifth. With what does it drip? It is with the blazing fire, meaning the third. For what does it drip? It is for burning the Tathāgatas, meaning the fourth. There are also two aspects to the combination of the mode of explanation: First, the generation stage; second, the completion stage. Among these, in the generation stage, in the navel chakra are various lotuses. Blazing fire is one's own consort. Āli is the moon, Vajrasattva. Blazing is the arising of desire following these two. The Tathāgatas are the five aggregates, existing in Vajrasattva. The eyes and so on are the five elements, existing in the consort. Burning is melting due to desire. The rabbit is a synonym for semen. Dripping is the cessation of the four drops. Hūṃ is a song of urging. There are three aspects to the completion stage: First, relying on wisdom in another's body; second, one's own body possessing skillful means; third, non-dual mahāmudrā. Among these, relying on wisdom is Caṇḍālī sun, Āli is the moon.

Oh! The navel chakra is the stamen of a jewel and has the face of a crow. Burning arises from desire. The five Tathagatas are the essence world gathered by the embodied. Eyes and so on are the container world gathered by the elements. Burning is to make the ordinary person grasp without any object of focus. The hare is melting. Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) is in the place of great bliss. Dripping flows there. The self-body as a means of meditation, residing in the channels and chakras, also ignites wind and fire on the aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ) in the navel, and when light rays rise, the five Tathagatas are burned. Forms, meanings, and names are also burned. In the throat, eyes and so on also burn forms, meanings, and names, and arising from between the eyebrows, the Tathagatas are invited as light rays and dissolve into haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽), becoming part and partless, and thirty-two places give rise to bliss, and haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) melts and pervades the palate and so on, and the place of excrement arises. Then it goes to the throat and nourishes its own letters with breath. Exhale in the heart, and do as before. The aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ཨཾ) of the navel is like an elephant in summer being bathed with a hundred pots of water, or like a consort adorned with ornaments being satisfied with longing for desire, becoming blissful and joyful. The non-dual great seal is also, Caṇḍālī is fierce in the nature of elaboration. Āṃlī is a female symbol, the supreme goddess of wisdom. The navel chakra is the earth mandala emanation wheel and the sky mandala great bliss wheel, piercing and residing in the navel. Burning is the supreme power or the fierce burning of wisdom. Burning the five Tathagatas is the complete perfection of mind, and the nature of the five wisdoms is also burned without separation, becoming great bliss Vajrasattva. Eyes and so on are the five elements of the complete body. Burning is becoming Vajrasattva without separation in the melting bindu. The hare is a synonym for Vajrasattva himself. Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽) is the wind of coemergent bliss. Dripping is internal burning, bliss-clarity-non-thought. The chapter titles are mostly examined from each aspect, but here they are all combined, and the first beginning is called Yangparivarta.
