Possessing compassion, may I be born and reborn to achieve enlightenment. This is making a prayer. Such power and so on, is called the Great Seal (Mahamudra). Then, that goddess rejoiced and asked these words again: Sentient beings without fortune are difficult to tame, by whom will they be tamed? Difficult to tame means those who particularly like the unwholesome. Without fortune means that they have no opportunity for themselves. Taming means abiding in the precepts of learning. By whom, how will they be tamed? Achievement means being able to obtain. The word "ni" is a distinction, because by the power of prayer, the nature of the Great Seal, also takes holding of taming as a priority through prayer. For those who are difficult to tame and without fortune, if they themselves are not vessels to be tamed, then how will their desired achievements be realized? This is the answer after contemplating and questioning. To this, the Bhagavan taught: First give the Uposatha (Gso sbyong), then give the ten precepts, then explain the Vaibhashika (Bye brag smra ba), the Sautrantika (Mdo sde pa) is also the same. Then is the Yogacara (Rnal 'byor spyod pa), after that explain the Madhyamaka (Dbu ma), knowing all the order of the Mantras, then compose the Hevajra (Kye yi rdo rje). First give the Uposatha, then give the ten precepts. This refers to abandoning actions such as killing, as well as abandoning intoxicating drinks, fragrances, garlands, incense, and ointments, etc., which are the Uposatha and the ten precepts. Among them, explaining the Vaibhashika, refers to the practice of the Shravakas and Buddhas. Shravakas refers to understanding the practice of abandoning the obscurations of afflictions. And for the Pratyekabuddhas, it is the practice of abandoning one aspect of the obscurations of knowledge. Sautrantika refers to reading the Sutras. Yogacara refers to the view of the Yogacara school that only consciousness is true. Madhyamaka refers to the view accepted by the Madhyamaka school that all conventional truths are liberated from the four extremes. After knowing the practice of all the Tantras, then compose the Hevajra. This refers to giving the Uposatha, etc., and after knowing the rules of all the Tantras, one should compose the Hevajra. Or rather, knowing all the practices of the Tantras.
